"Uh actually it was his friend who did,"he says shyly.

"Oh! You sure are famous. The girls were drooling," I snicker.

"Seems like you're jealous,"he chuckles.

My cheeks start to burn again and I have the sudden urge to fan them.

"I'm not jealous," I deny, "anyways how did you find out that you were interested in modeling?" I ask while trying my best to change the topic.

"Um actually I'm not really interested in modeling," he says as we walk. His apartment was just fifteen minutes away.

"Yoongi hyung, Hoseok hyung's good friend," he says.
I looks at him confused.
Who are those people?

"Oh I'm sorry but the part-timer there was Hoseok hyung," he chuckles again, "you're cute when you look confused," he mutters under his breath.

My cheeks flush red, "Thank you?" I mutter.

"Yea so Yoongi Hyung actually dared me to model and I had received some offers too so I just tried it out and then people kept pestering me so I went for shoots when I was in need of money,"he smiles.

"Can I accompany you on one of your shoots? I wanna know what happens behind those good pictures," I ask.

"I'm not really planning on going again but well if I do I'll take you along," he says.

"Thank yo-"

"Jennie! How about we go this way? There's a lake nearby," he says.

"Okay," I mutter. It wasn't really a problem as I din't have much to do at home anyways. I did feel bad that I was leaving Jungkook behind but I think he would rather enjoy staying alone in the house while playing his games.

"This way,"he says pointing toward the fences. The net was torn on one side and he pushes it away giving me space to enter.

I step on the grass and Taehyung follows.
"Follow me," he says and I do. We pass several tress and he finally comes to a halt. I was so busy looking at my steps that I forget to notice the lake that was now on full display. The water glistens under the sunlight and the birds chirp as I watch in wonder.

I then realize how there was no one around, "not many people know of this place," he says, "no one dares to enter because of the trees. Maybe it gives them a spooky feeling but I like it,"he says.

I totally agree with him. The trees had at first surely horrified me. It seemed as though I was entering a spooky forest like the ones in every horror films.

Taehyung sits down on the grass and taps the space beside him gesturing for me to sit and I do. I take in a deep breath and lay down on the soft grass. Taehyung looks at me as he chuckles.

"Cute," I hear him whisper.

My cheeks once again start burning. Now I'm loosing count of the times I blush when I'm around him.

"It's been long since I've seen you so relaxed,"he mutters.

"Yes a lot of things have happened in the past few weeks," I take in a deep breath.

This place smelled wonderful, like the smell that is emitted by the ground after the showers? The smell of the sand and water, of grass and dead leaves. I enjoy them. The only thing I had hated was the red crimson sky before the sunset. From that very day I had hated it. It always managed to send shivers down my spine. Today the sky looked just as crimson but I din't feel anything maybe because my heart was too busy beating at an inhuman rate because of his presence.

Maybe because I was too focused on everything other than the sky that I din't feel the urge to look away from the sky. I din't know why but today it felt different. Though I was reminded of the incidents, I wasn't as terrified as I usually am during this part of the day. Maybe his presence was what I had needed during those times.

"Jennie," he whispers.

"Ah yes?"

"You don't like this time of the day right?" He asks.

"No," I look away. He knew it?

"Don't lie, you always spent the evenings locked inside your room," he mutters.

"Okay I don't like it," I say.

"Why?" He asks.

Shouldn't he know that already?

"B-because it reminds me of the burning flames," I mutter. I look up to meet his eyes and maybe I see concern in his eyes.

"It gave me goosebumps when I saw the sky when it was red, it reminds me of blood, the flames, the burning skin," the tears well up in my eyes.

"But today it's different," I wipe away the tears. Taehyung moves closer as he now lays down beside me. He holds onto my hand and rubs soothing circles with his thumb on he back of my palm.

"Why?" He asks.

"Maybe because yo-"

My words are cut off by the deafening siren and I stand up immediately.

"There're here for me aren't they?" I panic.

"No, accidents on this street are quite common," Taehyung says as he stands up. My head starts hurting as I sweat profusely. Taehyung's reason doesn't seem to satisfy me.

"No, no they are here for me and Jungkook," I whisper, "we need to leave," I whisper frantically.
