"So..now what? Where do we go?" I look up at Taehyung.
"I don't know but wait first we gotta go see tannie~" he smiles.
"Oh! I almost forgot?! Where did you leave him?" I look up at him.
"With the neighbor, he's a nice guy," Taehyung mumbles as he walks towards our neighbor's door, ringing the doorbell.
"Oops never bothered to check who lived there," I chuckle.
A guy about the same age as Taehyung opens the door. His clothes a little sloppy and his hair disheveled.
He wipes his eye to wake himself up, clearly denoting that he was asleep.
"What you here for?!" He snaps and Taehyung smiles, denoting that they were quite comfortable with each other.
"Where's my tannie??" He muses.
"Really at this hour?!" He looks straight at Taehyung.
"Yes! I miss him!"
Just then Yeontan brushes against the guy's feet as the little pup barks at Taehyung. Taehyung bends down immediately pulling Yeontan into his arms.
The little one starts licking his face as Taehyung starts talking to him with a cute accent. I smile at the sight, shifting the plastic bags from one hand to another.
"Now now, go romance somewhere else I have to sleep," the guy mumbles as he moves back to close the door.
"Thanks Jimin!" Taehyung shouts as Jimin shuts the door.
"Oh I should have known sooner that someone that good looking was my neighbor," I shake my head slowly.
"My bad~"I whisper.
Taehyung looks at me with a pout and then at little pup looking at him with doe eyes.
"Don't say that," he frowns.
"Why not?" I giggle.
"Just don't..."he starts walking.
"Where are we going?" I ask him.
"To the park! Tannie needs a walk," he smiles at me.
"At this hour?!"
"Yes! Also we could eat something there while breathing in the fresh air," he eyes the bag of snacks.
"Sure," I nod.

We settle down on the grass as Yeontan immediately settles down beside Taehyung's legs.
"It's cold~"Taehyung mutters.
"I'm sorry, do you want to eat something hot? Or something more heavy than just snacks?!" Taehyung asks.
"Oh no! I'm fine with this...it's a lot actually," I look at the plastic covers.
Taehyung just randomly picking up snacks wasn't so bad after all.
"Here,"Taehyung passes me a packet of potato chips and some juice.
I munch on the chips as I look at Taehyung playing with Yeontan.
"You missed me?" He coos as he cuddles the puppy. The little one in return moves much closer to Taehyung as Taehyung giggles.
"He missed you~" I smile.
Taehyung nods with a wide smile. I watch as his cheeks turn a little pink before he looks back down. I look around in confusion before bending down a little to look at him.
"What's wrong?" I ask curiously.
"Nothing!" He looks back up.
"Okay," I shrug, "also, here have some," I pass him the packet of chips.
"Sure," he smiles as he picks a couple of chips.
"You feel sleepy?" Taehyung looks at me.
"Not really,why?" I turn to the side, facing him.
"Then can we cook ramen when we get back home?" he asks.
"Sure," I nod.
Other than this we converse very little and for the first time in hours I feel the need to ask him,
why had he kissed me?
Does it mean something to him?
"you seem deep in thoughts..what's bothering you?" He questions.
"I wanna know something," I look into his eyes. I couldn't wait anymore. I wanted to know. Am I the only one stuck in this kind of a turmoil? Does it have any meaning? Yes? No?
I wouldn't know unless I asked and so I do.
"Why did you kiss me?" I feel my cheeks start burning. My heart pounding in my chest. The next thing I find myself doing is simply stuttering and speaking nonsense, not new to me but I was embarrassed, "I m-mean like d-does it mean anything to you?! Like why did you kiss me? I wanna know cause I'm worried cause-" I sigh.
"I'm blabbering aren't I?" I look at him.
He nods with a smile and I notice his red cheeks and I feel better that I'm not the only one.
"Tae I know this wouldn't make much sense but I really do want to know. Why did you do that back there? Why kiss me? And I kissed you cause I wanted to! Don't ask me why cause I'm confused myself but I feel like I want to know first, you probably don't even like me. I'm just plain stupid and annoyi-"
I gasp as he shuffles, his hands taking hold of my jaw, tilting it. I fail to breathe as he moves dangerously close, pressing his soft lips against mine.
