Jungkook POV
They had stopped in front of the large mall, Taehyung blasting Red Velvet before Jungkook switched off the car and exited, the oter boy not far behind.
To say Jungkook was nervous was an understatement. Never had Jungkook ever wanted to hang out with anyone else aside from his usual group of friends. He never went out with girls, because they were always hookups or one-time flings.
But here he walked to the entrance of the large shopping centre, a boy he didn't know too well in tow as they marched through the large doors.
It wasn't like Jungkook was shy or anything. But the thought of hanging out with someone other than the people he had spent years with honestly intimidated him. Though he would never admit that to anyone.
Him and Taehyung entered the large mall to gaze around in awe at the many stores that went all the way down, turning different ways.
People bustled around them and Jungkook had to pretend that he didn't notice Taehyung shrinking away, attempting at avoiding body contact with any of them.
Skylights above let light from outside shine in, giving the mall a natural light. There were so many stores as well, that it was insane. One moment, the duo could be walking past Louis Vuitton store (which Taehyung didn't seem too fond of, to be honest) and suddenly they were passing a small store coated in pink with rainbow stickers plastered on the display glasses.
"So, where's the video game store?" Taehyung asked, walking beside Jungkook, keeping his arms behind his back so that their arms wouldn't touch.
"I honestly don't know." Jungkook chuckled, smiling sheepishly as he scratched the back of his head. Taehyung rolled his eyes, smiling at the boy's response.
Jungkook spotted a map of the mall and reached to drag Taehyung over to the digital display, but the boy flinched before his hand even got five inches close to him.
Slowly bringing his hand back, Jungkook shook it off and just pointed towards the map, it's screen glowing. "Unless you want to just continue strolling aimlessly, I think we should find the store."
"No shit, Sherlock." Taehyung sighed, crossing his arms. Jungkook chuckled before marching over to the display case.
After taking a quick glance at the map and believing he memorized the route, Jungkook looked back up to the expectant boy beside him.
"Now onwards to finish this quest." He began to march and he heard Taehyung snort, making his smile grow wider.
Taehyung POV
"I can't believe you got us lost." He groaned, smacking his forehead as Jungkook continued to walk, glancing at each store in an attempt to find his specific destination.
Ten minutes had passed. They had gone up another two floors, but to no prevail. Taehyung had suggested they just asked a worker or maybe look for another map, but Jungkook was too stubborn to agree.
The annoying brunet ahead of him didn't stop, continuing on his improvised path, trying to just wing it and find the video game store on his own.
Sighing, Taehyung continued to follow him until a specific store had caught his eye.
Gucci.
Stopping in his tracks, Taehyung stared at the store beside him, his eyes flicking over the rows of clothes from where he stood outside the store. They all looked really nice.
