Chapter 10

Annie's POV

     Monday. Yay. It's pretty chilly today so I decide to get dressed into a blue button up shirt and rolled up the sleeves to 3/4 length, black leggings, and brown healed boots. I put my hair into a waterfall braid. I head downstairs grab an apple and head outside.
     Outside I see Harriet standing there waiting. "Hey!" I say with a smile on my face. "Have you turned into Paisley? It's Monday morning at 7:00 in the morning and your smiling. Are you ok?" She asks and yawns. "Yes I'm fine. I just enjoy school."
     We get to school and put our books away. Our lockers apparently next to each other so that'll be fun. We head to homeroom and take our seats.
    "Class. What was everyone thinking about the costume?" Mrs. Wissenchaft asks. I raise my hand and she calls on me. "Have you guys ever done a zombie theme?" I ask with my very rich French accent. "No. What did you have in mind?" She asks and picks up her pen. "I was thinking that we could do like a zombie and humans theme. Some kids dress up like zombies and some dress normally and then the room could be decorated like a zombie land." I say as Mrs. Wissenchaft writes all of this down. "I think that's a wonderful idea. Anyone else have anything they want to say about that?" Harriet and Kayla both raise there hand at the same time. "Yes Harriet and Kayla?" Mrs. Wissenchaft asks. "I think that should be our class costume!" Harriet and Kayla both say at the same time. "Anyone have any objections? No? Ok then I think we've found our class costume." Everyone cheers in excitement.

Time jump to chorus. This obviously isn't humanly possible but let's just pretend her whole day went by normally!

     Harriet, Paisley and I walk to chorus and have a seat on the risers. We start talking and then Mrs. Belleza tells us to quiet down and that she has an announcement. "Class we will be teaming up with Mr. Donner's general music class for your next project. They should be here any moment and then we will explain the assignment." As Mrs. Belleza says that Mr. Donner and his class walks in. "Ok. So you will be partnered up. One person from my class with one person from Mrs. Belleza's class." Mr. Donner says and the class groans, well, except for me sense I don't know anyone in the general music class. They start partnering people and then I hear my name. "Annie." Mrs. Belleza says. "Yes?" I say as I get ready to hear my partners name and see if I can figure out who they are. "You will be partnered with..."
