I got it, well at least I think!! In the previous chapter I said the wedding would be on August 16, so how fitting! Sorry if this is not ideal, I'm working hard on it for you all!!

Sadly, this is will be the last chapter for this book, but no need to fear, there WILL BE AN EPILOGUE, so this story is not over just yet!

Please don't forget to vote, comment, and read! This story is almost at my goal of 10,000 reads, so kindly share and pass this book on.

xx Madd :)

I notice from outside of the Victor's Village gates, my house looks extremely dark. This whole situation is creepy now that I look back on it. Like, why did Annie and Johanna want me go and visit them in the first place? Why did Peeta and my mom push me to go? Why did I feel like someone was following me?  Am I seriously losing my sanity?

Then all of the sudden I feel a hand forcefully wrap around my wrist. I am pulled into the woods against my will. Okay, not really 'against my will', but I'm still being pulled into the woods. Who knows what is going to happen.

The person hisses at me, telling me to be quiet. If this asshole thinks I'm gonna listen to him, he's got another thing coming. At least I'm assuming the person is a he

I'm surprised that I haven't like, started crying or do anything vulnerable of the sort. I'm quite proud of myself actually.

After about two minutes of resisting, the person finally stops and let's go of my wrist. I attempted to run away being given that split second, but my attempts failed.

I wipe the hair out of my eyes and focus on the person's face. The strong facial features resembled to much of... "Gale?!" I say in shock. "Wait. Were you fol-"

"Listen. I know you have every right to be pissed off at me, but-"

I cut him off, "Well, considering the fact that you basically kidnapped me and bringing everything else into play, ya, I am quite mad at you."

"Just let me explain."

"I don't want to hear an explanation from you about what happened. It's done and over with. No apology is going to bring Her back or make everything okay and you know that. So why don't you do Peeta and me a favor and save your breath and fuck off."

"You don't know why I did what I did in the first place so you-"

"I should what. Hear you out? Not be upset? Mad? To be honest Gale, I was never mad at you. I was hurt that you just left me. That's why when you showed up at the party I was shocked. But you should have not just expected to walk right back and act like everything was okay. Then when Peeta tried to talk to you, you got all mad and started a fight with him."

"Well, some day he's gonna start a fight with you; he's not good for you, Katniss. That's why I'm here now, to tell you to not marry Peeta. You could come with me and have a safe, happy life."

"You're serious right now?" I ask with my anger rising. Gale nods his head. "You really are an asshole."

"No, I'm just right."

"I thought we were best friends, but it turns out that everything was a lie." I simply leave everything at that and walk away. Gale doesn't dare follow me.

I walk into the house to the smell of freshly baked bread. I see Peeta turn around when he hears the door creek. I immediately  run into his arms. The recent encounter with Gale is at the back of my mind, and I'm just more than excited to see Peeta. Even though I was only in Four a few days, I still missed Peeta like crazy.
