well thats how hailey and joey are nowadays.
they had become close which made people wonder whats going on with them. hailey's bestfriends, loren and aiden, of course knew abt them.
hailey assured them that nothing was going on but of course, no one believed that.
on the other hand, hailey, joey, loren and aiden made sure jace does not find out abt this. the look on jace's face once he knows abt this thing between them will crush hailey hard.
since jace is on a trip to europe with his parents, the four of them had plenty of time to think of something to prevent jace from knowing at all.
'hows operation jailey?' loren texted in this groupchat that loren and aiden named 'operation jailey' or 'ojhp' (operation joey-hailey project) for short.
hailey eyerolled as she received her text and replied her with 'good, hows aiden's dick?'
loren laughed at her text but didnt reply her. hailey knew theres something going on between them but they both wont admit it.
who else is on 'ojhp'? well... other than hailey, joey, loren and aiden, lets just say..

aiden convinced the whole football team to make sure no one speaks a word abt the thing going on with joey and hailey when jace gets back from europe.
loren was the only one who had to deal with the girls. whilst the guys deal with males.
hailey couldnt risk losing her bestfriend who was falling hard for her. plus the 'ojhp gang' thought that she went through enough.
hailey wasnt even sure abt this thing going on with joey. one minute, he would be a soft, nice and kind hearted guy. then he'd be a mean, cold hearted person.
hailey was certained that joey and her werent sure abt their feelings. sometimes hailey didnt even care at all. she wasnt very reasoned to actually believe theres something going on with them.
