Chapter 41: Haven Academia

  "Ummmm.... BJ, You got a letter from Japan." Mikki said as she handed her boyfriend a piece of mail.
"That can only mean one thing." he said as he opened it.
"And what would that be, honey?" Mikki asked.
"I've been accepted at U.A. High's Hero Course." BJ answered.
"Wait. What? You don't even have a quirk." Mikki replied.
"Oh yes I do. Meet me in the backyard by the pool and set up some targets." BJ said as he went to the backyard.
"Whatever you say." Mikki said as she made a few targets and then proceeded to join her boyfriend in the backyard.
Once the targets were set up, BJ pulled out his blaster and shot all the targets down without missing one.
"Whoa. That was amazing." Mikki said as she kissed her boyfriend on the cheek.
"I told you I had a quirk. Sure it's not that flashy or powerful. But it is unique. The only drawback is that my charge shots can't stun opponents." BJ said as he packed his bags for the next day.
"Oh. Either way, I'm gonna miss you, honey" Mikki replied.
"I'll miss you too. Even though I'm only gonna be there for one day." BJ said as he explained everything.
The next day, BJ woke up, ate breakfast, said good morning to Mikki and then proceeded to get ready for his day at U.A. High.
"See you tomorrow" he said as he packed up the Carwing.
"Okay, honey. But first we need to take a trip of our own." Mikki replied.
"A trip to......." before BJ could even finish his sentence, Mikki dragged him into Smooch City.
"Somehow I knew that would happen." BJ said as he got in the Carwing.
Within seconds, he arrived in Japan and met a girl with a quirk.
"Hi there. I'm Tsuyu Asui. But you can call me Tsu." she said.
"Nice to meet you. I'm BJ. What's your quirk." BJ asked.
"I can do pretty much anything a frog a can do." Tsu answered.
"Cool. I have perfect aim." BJ replied.
"Wow. That seems like it would come in handy for just about any situation." Tsu replied.
"Yeah. Please excuse me for just one moment." BJ said as he went to the restroom to change into his school uniform.
"There we go. Now I'm ready to join Class 1-A." he continued.
Upon their arrival at school, all of the students in Class 1-A introduced themselves to BJ as he and Tsu walked in the room.
"Great. A new guy I can probably pick on." Bakugou said.
"Oh please. I know I can dodge your attacks." BJ replied.
"Okay. Try dodging this!" Bakugou exclaimed as he attempted to use an explosion.
BJ proceeded to dodge it like it was nothing.
"Is that all you got?" BJ asked as he wondered where to sit.
"For now, yes." Bakugo answered.
"Hmmmm....... Should we ask him if he wants to sit with one of us?" Ochaco asked.
"Maybe. But we don't know if we can trust him." Momo answered.
"It's okay. We can trust BJ. He has perfect aim for his quirk." Tsu replied.
"Whatever. There's an empty desk next to me." Kyoka said.
"Okay. Guess I know where I'll be sitting." BJ said as he sat down next to Kyoka.
Just then, Mr. Aizawa walked into the room.
"Alright class. All Might will be here shortly to go over more combat training. In the meantime we have a temporary student from America joining us today." he said as he introduced BJ.
After demonstrating his quirk, everyone was impressed.
"Impressive. He didn't miss a single target." Tokoyami thought to himself as BJ went back to his seat.
Once All Might arrived, they got their hero costumes on and went to the combat training facility for the next step in their training.
After drawing names out of a hat, the teams were set for heroes and villains.
"Our first villain team will be Tokoyami and Bakugou and our first hero team will be Holstege and Jiro." All Might said as he explained everything.
During the training, BJ knew he and Kyoka made a good team.
"Okay. Which way should we go?" he asked.
Kyoka proceeded to use her quirk to listen through the walls for any noise.
"I'll take the left while you take the right." she said.
"Good plan. With my aim and your soundwave based powers, I know we'll win this." BJ said as they split up to track down the villains.
"Hmmmmm...... I wonder if any sneak attacks were planned." he thought to himself.
Just then, Bakugou attacked him out of nowhere.
"Guess I was right." BJ said as he used his blaster to stun him for five seconds.
Meanwhile, the other students were watching on screens in a different room.
"He's good." Iida said.
"Yeah. He and Jiro make for one excellent team. Ribbit." Tsu added.
A few moments later, Kyoka found the fake weapon that Tokoyami was guarding.
"And the heroes win." All Might said.
Once the school day had ended, a giant robot started attacking the city.
"Just when I thought this day couldn't get any better." BJ said.
After they changed back into their hero costumes, they devised a plan.
"Okay. Here's the plan. Tsu will use her tongue to throw BJ up in the air so he can shoot and stun the robot. After that, Sero will wrap it up in tape. Once all is set and done, Bakugou will deliver the final blow." Izuku said as he explained everything.
"Alright. Here goes nothing," Tsu said as she grabbed BJ with her tongue and threw him on top of the robot.
While he was in the air, BJ managed to stun the robot long enough for Hanta to wrap it up with tape.
"This is gonna be awesome." Bakugou said as he punched the robot causing it to explode.
After the day was saved, BJ got back in the Carwing but not before Tsu gave him a kiss on the cheek.
"Hopefully we'll see eachother again and you can introduce me to Mikki." Tsu said as they watched BJ drive off.
Upon his return to Grand Haven, Mikki greeted him and gave him a hug.
"How did it go?" she asked.
"It went great. I became good friends with one of the members of Class 1-A." BJ answered.
"Okay. She knows we're a couple, right?" Mikki replied.
"Yes. She actually wants to meet you sometime." BJ said as they got ready for bed.
"Alright. I'm game. But we should probably get to bed. It's getting late." Mikki said as they went into their bedroom.
"Goodnight, honey." BJ said.
"Same to you." Mikki replied.
