Chapter 42: Haven Academia 2: 1-A In America

  "Damn. Who knew it could get up to seventy degrees in December?" BJ thought to himself as he and Mikki prepared for their date.
"I dunno. The weather works in mysterious ways." Mikki replied.
"Hehehe. I didn't know I was thinking out loud." BJ said as he started blushing.
Meanwhile, at the arcade, a few of BJ's classmates from U.A. High in Japan came to visit.
"Is everyone ready?" Ochaco asked.
"Remind us why we came here again." Bakugo answered.
"Ugh. We came here to surprise BJ. Don't you remember?" Izuku asked.
"Never heard of him. What's his quirk?" Bakugo replied.
Before he could answer, Brianna killed the lights.
"No time for chit chat. Everyone has to hide." she said.
Once they arrived at the arcade, Mikki and BJ saw the lights were off.
"Aww man. It's closed." BJ said as he looked in the window.
"I don't think it is. The open sign is still up." Mikki replied.
"Hmmmm.... Should we even go in?" BJ asked.
"It's not locked. So let's go!" Mikki exclaimed.
As soon as they walked in, the lights came on and everyone came out of hiding.
"Surprise!" they all yelled at the same time.
"Whoa. This certainly is a surprise." BJ said as noticed everyone.
"Honey, who are these guys?" Mikki asked.
"Remember when I attended U.A. High for one day?" BJ replied.
"Oh. They must be your classmates." Mikki said.
"That's right. But not everyone could make it." BJ said.
"You must be Mikki. My name's Izuku Midoriya." Izuku said as he introduced himself.
"Nice to meet you, Izuku." Mikki replied.
"Likewise." Izuku said.
"Are we gonna sit around and chat or hang out?" Bakugo asked.
"Do you ever know when to chill?" Tsuyu replied.
"Shut up!" Bakugo exclaimed.
"I see Bakugo is still the resident hothead of the bunch." BJ said.
"Oh what do you care? I know you have a crush on Asui." Bakugo replied.
"Wait, what? Ahem. He's taken." Mikki said.
"There's no need to worry. BJ told me all about you during his time at U.A." Tsuyu said as she backed away from Mikki.
"It's okay, Tsu. We can be friends." she said.
"That's a relief." Tsuyu replied.
After a few more minutes of talking, they all went off to play some arcade games.
"What to play?" BJ thought to himself.
"Why not just start with a game you're good at." Tsu suggested.
"Oh. Good idea, Asui." BJ replied.
"Thanks but I told you to call me Tsu." Tsu said.
"Whoops. Sorry." BJ said as he went over to play some Galaga.
As she and Mikki watched, Tsu was impressed.
"I knew he was good at Galaga. But I didn't think he was that good." she said.
"If you think I'm good at Galaga, you should see me play Dig Dug." BJ said as he scored another extra ship.
Some time later, another girl came into the arcade.
"Oh no. It's her." Ochaco said.
"Who?" BJ asked.
Just then, the girl came up to him and introduced herself.
"Hi there. I'm Mei Hatsume." she said.
"H-hi. I'm BJ Holstege." BJ replied.
"You're cute. Are you single?" Mei asked.
"Sorry, Hatsume. But he's with me." Mikki answered.
"Guess that answers that." Mei replied.
"Yeah. Mikki loves me way too much. But that's okay" BJ said as Mikki took his arm.
Later on, everyone else decided to head back to Japan. However, Tsuyu decided to stay a little longer to get to know Mikki a little bit more.
"So what do you guys like to do other than go to the arcade?" she asked.
"Not a whole lot. If anything BJ and I just cuddle, watch TV and maybe even play some video games." Mikki answered.
"Oh. Perhaps we could play a board game." Tsu suggested.
"Tsu, once again, you've given me a great idea. To quote Detective Pikachu, it was a bolt of brilliance." BJ replied.
After a few rounds of Disney Scene It, he ended up winning.
"Sometimes I feel like being a Disney know it all is a major curse." BJ said.
"Why do you say that, honey?" Mikki asked.
"I honestly don't know." BJ answered.
Just then, Tsu checked the time.
"Whoa. I should probably get home. It's pretty late here." she said.
"That's not a problem. I'll drop you off in the Carwing." BJ said as they went into the garage.
Upon their arrival in Japan, the sun was just about to rise.
"Thanks for the ride, Holstege." Tsu said.
"You're welcome. But I thought I told you to call me BJ." Bj said as Tsu gave him a kiss on the cheek as Ochaco passed by the Carwing.
"Hehehe. That was cute." she said.
"Yeah. But it's time for us to go now." Mikki said as she and BJ drove off in the Carwing.
Once they got back home, they knew that they had to take a trip.
"We may be home but there's one trip we can still take." Mikki said.
"And that trip would be......." before he could even answer, BJ was dragged into Smooch City by his girlfriend.
"I should have seen that coming from a mile away." he said.
