"It's almost time. Hold on" BJ said as he and Mikki watched for the ships.
"See any" she asked.
"Yep. Here they come" BJ answered.
"Fantastic" Mika replied.
"Yeah. This year is gonna be a blast" Alex added.
The next morning, everyone in the mansion woke up and went downstairs for breakfast.
"Is the carnival all set yet" Ayanna asked.
"Don't ask me" BJ replied.
"Sorry. I just thought you'd have some kind of idea when it opens" Ayanna said.
"They probably won't open until at least two this afternoon" BJ said.
"Hmmmmm..... What should we do until then" Ashley asked.
"I dunno. How about some Mario Party" Kenzie answered.
"Great idea" BJ said.
"Thanks" Kenzie replied.
"Anytime" BJ said as they all finished eating.
Once they showered and got dressed, BJ pulled out Mario Party 5 and fired up the GameCube.
"Who are you guys gonna play as" he asked.
"I'll be Peach" Mika answered.
"I call Yoshi" Ayanna added.
"I got Toad" Ashley replied.
"And that gives me Koopa Kid" BJ said as they selected their characters.
After a seemingly endless game, Mika won.
"Okay. I have just one question. How" BJ asked.
"It's quite simple. I'm the best Mario Party player" Mika answered.
"That figures" BJ replied.
"Just deal with it" Mika said as she playfully punched his arm.
"Ow. Okay. It's almost two" BJ said as they went out the door.
"Yep. Let's hurry before it becomes complete chaos" Ayanna replied.
Once they all got there, things weren't as busy as they thought.
"Sweet. Now let's see..... Should we eat something first" Mikki asked.
"Nah. We'll be fine" BJ answered.
"Hold on. I say we should eat something to gain some energy" Ashley replied.
"What gives you the authority to override my suggestion" BJ asked.
"Because I'm older than you. Plus I'm a doctor" Ashley answered.
"Oh right" BJ replied.
After checking Fortino's and Krissy's Candies, they each got an elephant ear.
"So this is an elephant ear" McKenna said as she took a look at it.
"Yep. They're actually really good" BJ said as he took a bite of his own elephant ear.
"That's the truth" McKenna replied.
Once they got done eating, they went on a few rides and got dizzy in the process.
"Alright. That was fun. Now let's go ahead and try to win some stuff" Harleigh said.
"Good idea. I know just the game" Cristina said.
"Is it the dart and balloon game" BJ asked.
"First of all, yes. Second of all, how did you figure it out" Cristina answered.
"I dunno. It was just a lucky guess" BJ said.
Upon reaching the first game booth, they were surprised to see a very familiar face as the host.
"Hey guys" Kayli said.
"Kayli? What are you doing here" BJ asked.
"I just wanted to try my hand at being a carney, Ben" she answered.
"That explains it" BJ said as she payed her for ten shots.
"You got this honey" Mikki said as she and the rest of his fangirls watched.
Luckily, BJ got all the shots exactly. Putting him up to the side racks of prizes.
"Good job Ben. You're up to the side racks. Pay for ten more and you'll have a shot at the biggest prize" Kayli said as BJ payed her for ten more shots.
After getting them all perfectly, he chose the giant Taz and gave it to Mikki.
"Awwwww. You two look so cute with the giant Taz" Kayli said as they started walking over to another game.
After playing a few more games and winning more prizes, they decided to go back to the mansion for dinner.
"So how'd it go" Fred asked.
"This giant Taz plush should be all the evidence you need" Mikki answered.
"It certainly is. Did BJ win that for you" Wanda asked.
"Yep" Mikki replied.
"That was very sweet of him" Wanda said.
"Y-yeah. It was" BJ said as he started blushing.
"Alright. Enough talk. Let's eat" Fred said
"Good idea, dad" Mikki replied.
