Riverdale Is My Home pt2

Three

I walked into school, eating a bowl of cut up strawberries and bananas and drinking coffee from the glass mug Jughead got me. I walked over to my locker, and looked between my full hands "Need some help?" I looked up to see Kevin, Betty, and Veronica walking in, "Please" I said before Kevin came over and unlocked my locker, where I put the empty mug on a hanger in my locker, along with the empty bowl before I grabbed some of my things and shut it.

We started walking down the hallway, but when we came to a hall going to the left, Betty and I parted from the other two before walking towards class. When we got there, we sat beside Ethel in the front. Class started and ended quickly, as we talked the whole time about the winter formal that Betty was in charge of setting up. Today was a half day, as we had a week off for Thanksgiving break. Moose will be getting here early tomorrow morning, and then the next day is Thanksgiving, and then Friday. Moose will be getting on another plane back to Texas on Sunday. Moose doesn't talk to Reggie still, and he got a new room mate, he's pretty okay.

Soon the day was over, and we were all going out seperate ways. Archie, Veronica, Betty, and Jughead were going to Pops, Toni, Sweetpea, and Fangs were going to the Whyte Wyrm which Cheryl bought from Hiram Lodge with an offer he couldn't refuse. I was going Christmas shopping with Ethel since we wanted to get a head start. But headstart, I mean I started shopping during October.

I gave Sweetpea a kiss before Ethel and I mad eour way over to my car, where we tossed our bags into the back seat and climbed in. Moose and Ethel were an official couple, and they were happy, I was happy for them. Ethel and I were really close, and it was almost like we were best friends. We just hung out with different groups, but sometimes we would hang out with each others group.

Since Ethel's family is having Thanksgiving on Friday instead of Thursday, Moose was going to be joining them then, but Ethel was joining us Thursday. Sweetpea was also joining, and Veronica before Archie and herself went over to the Lodge's. Jughead and Fp were spending it with Betty, Polly, and Alice. Fangs was going to his families, a few hours away. Toni was celebrating it with Cheryl and Nana Blossom.

Hours of shopping later, I dropped Ethel off, and I drove myself home where I struggled to carry all of the bags in but eventually made it to my bedroom where I sat everything on top of my bed. I texted Sweetpea to come over and hang out while I wrapped gifts up. I wrapped his gifts quickly and sribbled his name on them before putting them in my closet where he wouldn't see them.

As I was dividing everyones gifts, my bedroom door open and I grabbed my pillow, putting it on top of everything as I looked up to see Sweetpea. He snickered at me before I uncovered everything and countined to divide it up between person. I grabbed Archie's and Veronica's gifts before sitting on the floor, as Sweetpea sat down behind me, and put his chin on my shoulder while I started to wrap the gifts.

Soon I finished the gifts up, and had written names on them before putting them in my closet while Sweetpea picked up the paper scraps and through them away for me. When I closed the closet door, there was a soft knock on my bedroom door before it opened. I looked towards it to see my mom smiling, "Dinners done, you two come eat" I saluted her before she walked off and I walked over to Sweetpea where he was putting the trash in the garbage.

When he turned around, he smiled down at me before I puckered my lips, cuasing him to chuckle before kissing me. I kissed him back, and after a second we pulled away before going down stairs and walking into the kitchen, where my mother, step father, and step brother already were.
