everywhere i go there's always gonna be that one person who strongly dislikes lana and bash at me for it. i'm d o n e with it okay
everyone has their own views and opinions. some may like pop music and others may not. some may like metal and others may not. iT DOESN'T DO YOU JUSTICE IF YOU CALL ON AN ARTIST JUST FOR THE SAKE OF DEFENDING THE MUSIC YOU LIKE. it just doesn't okay and all it does is stir up drama and bullshit.
now onto lana, most people don't like her bc of her music. just bc her music is a different genre from the ones you listen to, it doesn't mean it sucks already. others don't like her bc she doesn't sing well live. well idrk about that bc she hasn't been here in my country yet lol. but i've seen some live performances of hers and i just dont get why people dont like it????
we all know lana is very chill, yes. and when she sings live, she doesn't go around dancing and all that shizzle. everyone has their own styles, people, stick that into your minds. just because lana's standing there, singing, it doesn't mean it's boring already.
then the others don't like her bc of her appearance and how she uses drugs. no one cares if you go on commenting on youtube videos saying how her upper lip looks bigger and how she had so many plastic surgeries. look at all the fucks i've given lol. some people may dig that, some may not. i just don't get why do you have to make a big deal about it.
drugs are not good, we all know that. but pls oh god do not judge a person who does drugs bc that's just rude. people do drugs for a reason so pls just shut your mouth and keep all your nasty opinions to yourselves.
and then there's always those people who will ""defend"" lana by saying most teenagers these days prefer sluts who are twerking their asses aka miley cyrus. i just can't even. you don't know miley nor lana. miley has gone through a messy breakup and lana has gone through a lot of stuff too. you just can't go on calling miley names and other artists like her to "support" or "defend" the artist you like.
miley and lana are completely different artists but they both have gone through something. they just have a different approach on how to deal with it. tbh, miley's video for wrecking ball is just sad. the nudity there shows how much pain she's going through. and all that swinging and licking the sledgehammer? it shows that no matter how hard the pain is, she tries to enjoy it. people are just very judgemental these days and it sickens me.
lana is more of a sadcore kinda girl. her music may be boring to other people bc it's all so smooth and sad. i love her with all my heart. i look up to her, honestly. her music is very melancholic and it relaxes me. her voice gives me chills and it just gives me that 'high' effect.
just pls don't judge a person for what they like and what they don't. it only makes you look like a bad person. if miley is your queen, i get that. if lana is your queen, i get that.
