All Caught Up

Lucy POV:

"Hey, Lucy, seeing you did our mission for us, why don't you take the reward for us," Gray asked. 

"Gray, she can't. She's still under her leave of absence from the guild, so she can't accept it," Erza said. 

"Well, we'll take it and once she joins, we'll just give it to her. No biggie, she just needs to come to Fariytail and cancel her leave of absence," Wendy said. 

"Yea, Lushie. You're coming back to Fairytail with us, right," Happy questioned. 

I looked away, and I think Gray caught that because he said, "It's her choice, let's just catch up for now! But I think you should at least go visit Master, he was worried sick about you." 

I nervous chuckled and said, "I probably should. I needed to speak to him anyway, so if it's possible, could I join you to get back to Magnolia?"

"Sure, that wouldn't be a problem at all," Erza exclaimed. 

After we rounded up the thieves, we took them to the city hall, Erza took the reward of 400,000 Jewels!! The whole time, Gray was watching me. Not in a perverted way, but more of a concerned way. We headed to the train station and boarded the train. 

"Lucy, you don't look like you've aged at all. How's that possible? You weren't trapped in Tenrou Island like we were, but you still look the same. Show me your ways," Erza questioned?

"What I want to know is, how did you get so strong? Like you easily beat the thieves and dark guild members like it was nothing," Happy asked?

"It also looked like you re-quipped. Did you learn that magic," Wendy asked?

"Child, let the lady speak," Carla interpreted the heating questions. 

"Well for starters, I moved here after I requested a leave of absence from the guild. I trained with Loke and mastered many different spells from the Celestial world, like Star Dress and such. Me changing clothes was a part of the Star Dress Technique, which you were talking about Wendy. And as for my aging, I was told to train in the celestial world for a month. So that was equivalent to how much time you guys spent on Tenrou. I decided to shut myself in from the outside world, so I could focus on my training and Loke pleaded me not to leave the Celestial World,"  I explained, "Any more questions?" 

Throughout the whole ride, we just made jokes and Erza told me about the guild's condition, what happened while they were in a coma, what happened on Tenrou, and how much everyone had grown. Gray kept staring at me and I just didn't want to deal with it, so I indulged in a conversation with Wendy. The train stopped and we stepped onto Magnolia soil.

I missed this place so much. 

As we got closer and closer to the guild hall, my mind kept going into turmoil. 

Would they be upset at me for leaving them behind? Do they even care that I left? What do I say when they see me? 

Suddenly, I heard Aquarius's voice in my head. "Shut the hell up, brat! Why should they feel disappointed at you?! They are the ones that made you feel like trash. They ignored you! They made you leave, even after all that crap about family. And I am sure they care you left, who else would they have that could show off her body as you do?" 

"You know I thought we were having a moment there, but you just ruined it with that last comment. Still, you're right! Thanks, Aquarius," I reported back to her.
