Monday, April 5th
9:55 P.M.

"Ah, you're coming along well, Ms. L/N. The baby is growing just as it's supposed to. Your expected due date is August 31st," Dr. Hyo says.

Jungkook was sitting by Dr. Hyo's desk, asleep.

You remove the pillow from under your feet and throw it at Jungkook.

"What? What? I'm awake! And totally was listening!"

You narrow your eyes at him.

"Oh yeah? When's my expected due date?"

He scratches his head. "Tomorrow?"

"August 31st, you idiot! See what I have to deal with, Doctor Hyo?"

He chuckles and sets his clipboard down on his desk.

"Mr. Jeon, her due date is expected to be August 31st. But it could away change so be alert, okay?"

Jungkook nods and sticks his tongue out at you.

"I'm hungry," you whine. "Jungkook, let's go home and order a pizza."

He sighs as he gets up and grabs your hand.

"C'mon, babe, let's go. I'll let you have your own pizza. Whatever you want on it, okay?"

You clap your hands together in excitement.

"Bye, Doctor Hyo! See you soon!"

He waves goodbye as you both leave the hospital, already on your way to the parking lot.

As you get inside, you see your phone buzzing on the seat.

You forgot you left it inside the car.

You pick up the phone and answer the call, putting them on speaker mode.

"Hello? Oh hi, Chu-Chu!"

"Hi, Y/N! How's the baby coming along?"

"So far so good. We still don't know the gender yet but–"

"–If it's a boy, Y/N promised to marry me someday. Mrs. Jeon. Has a nice sound to it, right, Chu-Chu?"

"I love it. If you guys get married, I want lots of grandchildren."

You watch as Jungkook's face gets red.

"U–Um, Chu-Chu, the signal in the car is bad. I'm going to have to call you back!"

You immediately hang up and stare out the window.

"Grandchildren?" Jungkook mumbles as he starts the car up and drives home.

The whole car ride, you don't say anything to each other.

The awkward tension was too much for the both of you.

You walk inside the house and go upstairs to your room, shutting the door behind you.

You lay on your back as you stare at the ceiling.

In less than four months, you'd be having a child.

And you just might be getting married.

You heard your door open and close but was too hung up in thinking to check who it was.

Someone laid their head gently onto your stomach.

You look down at them and then look back up at the ceiling.

"Noona," he whispers. "are you still hungry? Do you want me to order the pizza?"

You nod, feeling a hot tear roll down your cheek.

Why am I crying?

You wipe it away quickly and sit up.

"Just plain cheese, please."

He nods and smiles faintly at you as he takes his phone out, dialing the number of Pizza Paradise.

"Hello, I'd like to place an order. One large cheese pizza and one large pepperoni pizza. Hold on just a second."

He holds the phone onto shoulder and looks up at you.

"Do you want anything else?"

"Breadsticks. Please."

He nods places the phone against his ear again.

"I'd like to also add a box of breadsticks. How much? $21.25? Okay. Address? It's..."

He tells them the address then hangs up.

"It should be here in–"

You grab ahold of the collar of his shirt and pull him towards you, your lips connecting with his.

You could tell that he was taken by surprise by the way his eyes widened.

But soon afterwards, his kissed you back.

The kiss was warm and you felt yourself want to melt away in it.

He stopped the kiss and peered up at you.

"What's wrong?" You ask.

He kisses your nose and smiles. "I love you."

You smile back at him. "I love you too, Jungkook."

"As I was saying before, the pizza and breadsticks should be here in twenty minutes."

You get up, waddling downstairs.

Jungkook gets up and chases after you.

"Let's do movie night! I want to watch Train To Busan!"

He sighs as you grab his hand, leading him to the closet where he keeps all of his spare blankets.

"Why do we need these blankets?" He asks as you pile blankets into his hands.

"Because," you say while adding one more onto the pile. "we're making a blanket and pillow fort. Now let's get to building."

He groans and walks into the living room, plopping all of the blankets down in the middle of the room.

You begin to place a bunch of pillows down in a straight line for the support of the rest of the pillows.

Then you place a blanket across them.

Jungkook kicked all the pillows out of place.

"You're doing it wrong. Let me do it. You go set up the movie."

I stick my tongue out a him as I what he says.

After about fifteen minutes, Jungkook finished the fort.

It looked pretty good. Better than what I had in mind.

"That's how it's done."
