Thankfully, my mom didn't say anything about my outfit. I had totally forgotten to change back out of Jungkook's sweatshirt. Jungkook came running out the door and leaned out the doorway of my room.
"Everything ok?" he asked.
I nodded and replied, "Uh, yeah. Yeah!"
He walked over to me and smiled as he spoke. "I heard your mom was there last night. Did she like the show?"
I slid my hands up his chest and around to the back of his head.
"Yes, she did. And she said that you were her favorite."
"Really? Huh. So I guess I don't have to worry about her liking me." Jungkook slyly remarked, resting his hands on my hips.
I smiled and pulled him in for a kiss. As soon as our lips touched, we heard someone cleared their throat. Jungkook slid one of his arms off me and turned to face the voice. Jimin and Sarah were standing awkwardly next to each other in front of my door. I couldn't help laughing a little. I let go of Jungkook and walked in between them.
I pushed them both together and said, "You guys need to loosen up. We've got a whole day to ourselves and we can't waste it away by being super closed off and, well, let's face it - AWKWARD."
Sarah turned to face me. "Yeah and how exactly are we supposed to do that?" She asked.
I rolled my eyes and began making suggestions. "How about you have a regular conversation, or make friendship bracelets, or sing 'Kumbaya' around the fireplace. Or go on an exploration. Maybe go to the guys' apartment. I don't know. Just. Relax. He won't hurt you."
They decided to hang out on the couch and watch TV. Of course, the first thing on the TV was Barbie for Angie. I giggled and told them, "You know, you guys can change it if you want-"
"No!" they said in unison.
"Well, fine. Ok then."
I walked to the kitchen and Jungkook followed me. He looked around and as soon as we made eye contact, he pulled me into him and began kissing me.
Slowly at first. But it gradually got more powerful.
