~Chapter seven~

Life is the most difficult exam.
Many people fail, because they tried to copy others; not realizing everyone has a different question paper.

~Lucy's POV

We were in the cave, searching for gems. We had lights with us. We warned that there will be animals in this cave.

I was still anxious about losing my key so my head wasn't with me sometimes. Wendy closed her eyes sometimes.

Dragon Slayers could feel the things around them I heard. She breathed out and then swiftly opened her eyes. "Under us."

We went further, but came to a dead end. I pulled out my key.

"Open! Gate of the maiden, Vir..."

She appeared, totally tied up, her hands, her legs... even her mouth.

"...go?"

I sweat dropped, knowing she punished herself. Wendy's soul on the other hand left her body. I chuckled and Virgo untied herself.

"Please make a hole in the ground for us." She nodded, did a little bow and did what she does the best.

We all groaned when we had to go through the small hole, but there was not an other way. Unless you want Erza to destroy everything....

We shone the light on the wall of rocks and saw the gems. I touched it and immediately I retreated my finger. "Guys, those gems contain a powerful energy!" I yelled.

They nodded and we began to pick our special gloves.

We picked the most we could get and went back.

After getting our reward I immediately went back. Trip was nice, losing a key, not so.

I looked everywhere where I last walked. Nope, I asked other people, went into magic stores. Everything! Only to get nothing.

I saw the team behind me, searching for it too. After an hour I sighed and sat on a bench in the park. I felt like crying. This is not the time to lose not only a friend, but also such a valuable key. If the one who has him knows anything about celestial magic, we're dead. They could open the gate by forced.

It didn't happen often, but the serious experienced could manage to do it.

Happy flew to me. "Want some fish, Lushie?"

I shook my head, eyes softening at his effort to comfort me.

Suddenly I realized something and scowled at my ignorance.

"Open! Gate of the goat, Capricorn." He appeared in front of me, looking serious like always.

"Is Natsu in the celestial world?" I asked, if he isn't, that means someone summoned him.

He went to mind-link someone in the celestial world and after awhile he shook his head. "I believe someone saw him the last time was two hours ago."

I cursed in my mind. "Guys! Someone stole it!"

Their faces paled.

The person has the strongest fire spirit in his possession...

"Let's go back to the guildhall and inform everyone." Erza's voice broke my thoughts. We nodded and went to the guild.

We were there and explained everything. It was chaos here. Master soon stepped forwards. "Do you know who could have stolen it?" I asked him.
