Sorry for the late update. I've been really busy out the past few days... and the main reason was of writer's block and too lazy😂😬😬

~Lucy's POV

God damn it. I just got Natsu back... and then I lost him again. I stared at my guildmates, who were just as shocked as I was right now.

I looked at Erza who was giving me a pity look, but shook her head, implying for me that I need to give him time and believe in him. I tasted something salty in my mouth.

Small drops of tears were flowing down. I was crying."Why don't we go on a job." Wendy suggested with a small voice. I shook my head. "Don't want to. Thanks for the offer, Wendy."

I went to the counter and ordered a milkshake. The guild became less tense and started being noisy again, like always.

Moments later Gray joined next to me. He wasn't looking at me but right in front of him. He was sipping his drink slowly.

I noticed he was still tense and I hesitated to ask what's wrong.

I didn't even need to ask apparently. He sighed.

"I care about you, Lucy. Natsu is an idiot to think you will hate him. You always react this way if you care about the person."

I listened carefully to him. "And it's completely understandable to get scared of all the bad outcomes, but have faith in your friends. Having a contract with your spirit is something so sacred. He won't stop being yours. He just needs a little time."

My mouth fell open, not expecting Gray to say that to me. I keep forgetting that even if he starts fights for no reason or strips out of nowhere all the time, he's still someone worth being friends with.

"We all care about you, Lucy."

I nodded and wanted to open my mouth to thank him. He put an arm over me and hugged me. "He will come back," he whispered softly.

I let myself be hugged and closed my eyes for a brief second.

Erza came to us also. "Yeah, he will. But once he is in his right mind again, I will beat the crap out of him for making you cry."

I got shivers. Damn, she is still as scary as ever. Gray nodded. "Count me on it."

I chuckled. "You just need an excuse to beat him up, don't you?" I asked Gray and he shrugged.

Wendy, Carla and Happy came to me. "Why don't we play a game? Uno or poker?"

I wiped away my dried tears and smiled at them widely. They always have my back. "Child, don't ruin the mood and let's play," Carla said.

Happy flew up in front of me. "Aye!"

I nodded and giggled. Erza had her hand under her chin. Thinking of something. "Why don't we make it extreme? The winner can choose two people and they must do whatever the winner wants."

Gray and I looked at each other. Sweat drops were appearing on our foreheads. We'd rather not repeat that game. Even Happy wasn't that happy more about the game. "Please no," Wendy whispered.

Erza let her shoulders fall, before getting it up again. "Strip poker then?"

My eyes widened from her... Why?

I snorted when I eyed the person next to me. "Seems Gray has already lost without even playing."

We all looked at him and eyed his alnost naked figure. He only had his boxers on. On Erza's face appeared a thick mark.
