AN: Hey guys! I don't have a lot of time today! I kinda got over my writer's block! Yay! I hope you like it! <3
Harry’s POV
Kari’s words stung. I was dead to her. That seemed pretty harsh, but I got her point. I did have to do something. I just wasn’t sure what yet. I was a complete mess. After Kari left I closed the door and went over to my bed. I fell onto it and the tears started to come back. What have I done? Kari and I were in such a good place. She liked me and I liked her. But now, I’m not so sure she did. I had hurt her. And badly too. Whatever trust I had gained was gone and I had to start all over again. I dried my eyes and cleared my vision. The first thing that came to view was my phone. I picked it up and scrolled through my contacts. My thumb hovered over Britt’s name.
Kari’s POV
I had left Harry and went back to Liam and Louis’s room.
“Did you talk to him?” Niall asked.
“Yeah, I told him he’s really the only one who can stop Britt. I may have said some other things, but you don’t need to know them.” I replied.
“Good, now all we can do is wait to see what Harry does. If he doesn’t talk to Britt by sometime tomorrow we’ll intervene.” Liam said. I nodded along with everyone else.
“I’m going for a walk.” I told everyone. Zayn made a move to come with me, but I stopped him.
“Alone.” I added. He just nodded and sat back down. I went out the door, to the back entrance, and back to the streets ofSweden. I walked down what was probably their main street since it had little shops all along the way. As I walked past the shops I looked at the window displays. I didn’t buy anything though. I was strictly window shopping. I looked at my phone and saw it was almost 7pm. No wonder it was starting to get dark. I spotted the same coffee shop I had seen Harry and Britt in and went over there. A bell dinged as I entered and a young man came to the counter. He eyed my thoroughly.
“Hi, what can I get for you?” He asked in a thick Swedish accent. I have to admit it was a little hot, but it was definitely fourth behind American, British, and Irish ones.
“Um, I’ll have a medium iced coffee and one of those muffins.” I said pointing to the ones on the counter. He nodded and started making my order. It was ready soon and I started to walk away when he called me back.
“Hey, I was, wondering if, um, you would like to hang out sometime.” He asked shyly. I felt bad. He seemed nice and he was pretty cute, but other guys are the last thing I needed to think about right now. Plus we were leaving forIrelandtomorrow. Wait, was it tomorrow or the day after that? Whatever day it is, it’s soon.
“Um, I’m sorry. I can’t. I’m not really looking for someone right now and I’m just visiting here. I’m leaving within the next few days.” I explained. He looked sad after I told him.
“Oh, that’s okay. I understand.” He said flatly.
“I’m sorry.” I said before leaving the store. I found a bench underneath a street lamp and sat down to eat. When I was done I threw my garbage away in a trash can near by and walked back towards the hotel. I turned a corner and someone else did right behind me. I kept on route to the hotel and the person was still following me. It was too dark to see their face, but from their build I could tell it was a guy. I was starting to get confused. If this man wanted to, I don’t know, rob me or hurt me I would think he would have done it by now. Finally I couldn’t take it. I swiveled around on my heels, bumping right into the person.
