"Dawn!" I heard a whisper in my ear. I felt my body shake before the whisper came again.

"Dawn! Wake up there's someone's sleeping in here." I felt little droplets of liquid hit my face and I opened my eyes, not at all rested from the night before.

I wiped my face just to see Mandy staring at me with innocent eyes and a hand covering her mouth.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to spit."

I immediately began to rub faster. "Ah argh, you're so fucking disgusting Mandy.

"Who is that." I saw her point to Lucas' sleeping form.

I sighed, this is what she woke me up for? I ignored her and fell back on the bed.

"Dawn! Wake up!"

"Oh my fucking god, make her shut up." I heard Lucas say groggily. I shifted my head to the bed and saw him cover his ears with his pillow.

I looked at Mandy and she had her lips sealed, slightly terrified by the man who was only inches away from us.

"He's my..." And I could feel his gaze on me. "My mate." I stole a quick glance at him and saw a small smile play on his face that he tried his hardest to cover with the same pillow.

Her eyes widened and she tumbled off the bed in shock, I threw the covers off and quickly rolled to the other side of the bed and peered over to see a very frightened Mandy looking back at me with a panicked expression. "He's the Alpha?" She whispered.

"And the King," Lucas added from the other side of the room.

I saw her eyes roll back and I quickly leaned over and grabbed her face in my hand. "Hey, hey, hey." I slapped her face and she woke back up with a jolt. "What's wrong?"

She shook her head. "Nothing's wrong, I just.... never met an Alpha."

Lucas got up, rubbing his eyes softly. "I figured, when I told you to forget what happened and go home that night at the club, you just simply followed my order. Other Omega's would at least try to fight an Alpha's command."

My eyebrows soared in realization. "Wait, Omega? Are you one?"

She nodded.

"And you never thought to tell me!" I exclaimed.

"Hey! You never asked." She tried defending herself.

"Ask?" I said incredulously. "Mandy that's not something I just ask!"

She shrugged, slowly lifting herself back on the bed. I leaned more into her as the bed dipped from her weight. "Sounds like a personal problem." She said annoyingly, with an annoying smile on her annoying face. I slapped her annoying shoulder with my hand and she annoyingly yelped back in response.

"Wait, look here a sec." She said, her whole mood doing a 180. I turned to her and she brushed the hair out of the way and looked intently at my neck. "When did your dad do that?" She whispered.

"Dad?" Lucas repeated. I held a finger up to my lips, and Mandy took that as a cue to stay quiet.

I faced Lucas who was now on his feet, watching over me with a concerned look. Probably trying to decipher the puzzle that was my life. I shook my head at him, I didn't want to talk about this right now. He opened his mouth to object but sensing my now fallen mood he quickly shut it and gave me a curt nod.

"We should probably get going." He said while shoving his hand in his pocket while lifting his left hand up, "It's about 8 am."

I nodded and got off the bed, Mandy got up and excused herself to the bathroom. Leaving Lucas and me alone in the room. I started making the bed to pass time as Mandy was gone.
