Part 18

The next day I woke up pretty early who knows why, Alexa was still deeply asleep after the party so I decided to go outside and take a walk. I was walking down the street as the Sun slowly came up. I didn't know where I was going but I found myself stopping, I looked up and faced David's house, my breathing stopped.

'Why am I here...? Why did I come here?!'

I gulped and quickly got my gaze off of the house before anyone could even see me and kept walking down the street into the city. I let out a soft sigh as my stomach gave me a warning that I was getting hungry so I walked to a shop and bought some food and drink. I didn't have a bag with me but had some money in my pockets in case I ever got separated from Alexa for example like this.

After I ate and made my stomach happy I ended up in a park and sat down onto a bench with a stretch and smiled a bit happily as the wind caresses my cheeks. As the wind did I felt someone else caressing my cheek and I looked up quickly with a shock but there was no-one.

No-one at all.

After a while I got up from there and began to walk again, I checked my phone.

'No-one texted me yet so Alexa was surely asleep or something. And David...? I don't know right now I'm not even sure I want to know. '

I kept walking and arrived in the city, it was almost dark already and I saw some weird people walking down the street so I walked to the other side of the road with a soft sigh, I could see my breathe... it was cold and I really wished I still had that warm jacket David gave me... that was so warm and soft I mean... the hoodies Alexa gave me are not bad either and I really love those bands but I don't think they're warm enough for the winter, maybe for a boy it was more likely okay but I wasn't born as one as it was knows, I am a girl, I mean not rn but usually I am.

-"Dominic or Ruby... huh?"

-"Your friends?"

I stopped as heard the question from behind and slowly turned around, looking at the stranger who wore a really big smile as saw how silent I went.

-"Having problems, boy?"

I quickly shook my head as stepped one back and started to run till didn't see him longer. When I stopped running I felt a hand going around my waist and my lips and I screamed but for nothing. I was sent to the wall as the man started touching me around if I had any weapons... I had a... chocolate... shame... my weapon was a chocolate I just got in the shop....

He touched my 'area' then his eyes widened and he screamed up.

-"There's nothing?!"

'Well lol yeah... sorry I don't have a dick pfft. Your problem.'

I growled a bit as he grabbed a knife and held it to my neck.

-"Are you freaking kidding me?! At least do you have money?! Anything?!"

-"I don't think that will be needed."

I looked over to the new voice and so did the man, I was really glad from what I saw and I really hoped it wasn't just hallucinating.

It was David,

Wait... David had a gun?! In his pocket?! I mean i couldn't see it but he was holding it at the man as he quickly stepped away.

-"Kid kid calm! No need to get so flustered..!"

-"Run and never ever try something like this again.... you shame of your mother."

The man nodded quickly and ran away as David quickly walked up to me as he disappeared and his expression changed.

-"D-Dominic are you okay?!"

I stepped away quickly.

-"Y-You have a gun... why do you have a gun?!"

He looked a bit puzzled for first then just laughed a bit, taking his hand out of his pocket.

-"Ah don't worry I don't have, I just had to protect you somehow... I'm glad you're okay tho."

He said as stepped closer and hugged me gently, I couldn't help but laugh a bit.

-"And what if he didn't run off?!"

-"Well... I didn't rlly think about that..."

We both laughed a bit in shock and kept hugging there for like ten minutes longer then he stepped away and put his jacket around me.

-"Jeez boy, you really need some more warmer clothes! Now c'mon let's go I'll take you home."

He said as he slowly took a hold on my hand and started pulling me behind him lightly, I followed after him as my hood covered my blush and locked my fingers with his, the way home either of us showed our faces... I think he was blushing as well....

I didn't know what I would've done there without David....

He saved me there....

And I like him....
