Nearing 12:00am and I'm still writing. Will I regret it in the morning? Probably. Do I care right now? Nope. Enjoy the chapter.
Sorry for the delay in updates :)

I stood from the table and neatened out my dress. I ran a hand through my hair and looked to Liam as he rose from his chair. Drooling would have been an understatement.
He looked so good; he was so perfect. He was always so perfect. I envied him for it.
Liam and I left the dining room, and Melissa made a strong effort to hug us both before we passed her. She hold onto me especially tight.
"I'm so glad that you came, darling. We should do this more often," Melissa told me as she pulled away. She cupped my face with her hands and then pulled away.
What the hell?
I looked at Liam. He looked just as confused as I felt. Why in the hell was Melissa being so damn nice to me? She had never been particularly that nice before. My beast growled lowly. She was sceptical about anything to do with this family.
I ignored it as I said goodbye to Veronica. She shot me an evil glare and then turned to Liam and grinned like a little school girl.
"She's gonna hug me. I can already tell," Liam told me quickly. I watched as Veronica practically threw herself into my mate's arms. It made me angry. But I held back a growl and the urge to rip her head off.
My skin burned, but it went away when Veronica pulled away. She grinned even wider at Liam, who sheepishly returned the smile. He tried to be nice to her; tried to be polite. But she was always going to be a pain in the ass.
I hated her even more for how she acted with Bodie.
Anthony wrapped his arms around me unexpectedly. I raised my eyebrows as I stood still. I didn't hug him back, but when he pulled away and winked, I tried to smile. I couldn't.
"I'd rip off his arms if I ever got the chance," Liam told me. I couldn't help but smile at that.
I left the house with Liam. Everyone else followed, piling out. I stretched my arms over my head and groaned softly. I was tired and ready to go to sleep. The feast had filled my belly.
I turned to say goodbye, but I found myself looking right at Brennon. His gaze was stuck to mine and I didn't like it a bit.
"I can't help but be jealous of your little boyfriend. I bet he hasn't made you feel as good as I did. I have that charm on ladies, especially your mother," Brennon forced his way into my head, his mind strong and easily breaking down my barely stable walls. His words shocked me and left me speechless.
What?
"You wouldn't believe how she used to call my name. It was like she was singing a song," Brennon said.
What?
No.
My head became suddenly very clouded. A million different thoughts flooded my mind all at once. I felt lightheaded yet clear minded at the same time. I began to see splotches of red.
Brennon and my mother had...
No.
"Asm your brothers, they'll tell you the truth," Brennon said out loud this time. I widened my eyes at him as he smirked and crossed his arms. His evil and smug look told me he was telling the truth.
I didn't have control over it. I launched for him. Brennon stepped out the way just in time, and I crashed into one of his friends instead.
We both hit the ground with a thud, and I heard a lot of yelling following. Brennon laughed, and so did his friends.
