Chapter 31 Options

(Camila's POV)

"Firstly let me tell you how sorry I am for your loss. Your brother, Oran Nelson was your legal gaurdian and now that he had passed, you have no one to look after you" she said to me

"No, we will look after her" the guys said

"You'll adopt her?" Wanda asked them

"No" I said, looking at the guys, as they all looked worried

"Why not?" they asked

"That would make you all my foster dads" I told, giving them a look

I'm sure that in any other circumstances, the guys would laugh, but with Oran dead and this happening, no one was in a laughing mood

"You're adopted, Oran was your legal, now he's gone and you have no other family left, atleast not alive. I'm sorry, but without anyone left, who are willing to adopt you now, you have to come with me" she told me

"Wait, there is one person" Dylan said, looking down at his large hands

I knew who he was talking about....my biological mother

"No" I said

"Camila, would you rather they take you away from us?" Mateo asked

"Of course not, but I don't know her. If she adopts me, you won't have a say in where I live, who I live with, where I go to school. She will be able to do as she pleases with me" I told them

"You will live here and go to the same school. Don't forget that she is living in our terr- land" Sebastian told me

"Who is this woman?" Wanda asked us

"My mother, biological mother" I told her, looking into her brown eyes

"You found her?" she asked, grabbing my hand

"Uh, yeah" I said, awkwardly

"Okay, do you think she would be willing to meet up with me" Wanda asked, taking out her phone

"I don't know" I said

"Here" Dylan said, handing me a phone and dialing the number

"This is a mistake" I told him, taking it from his warm hands

"I know" he mumbled

The phone rang and rand and rang

Then she answered

'Hello' I heard El's voice

'El, I have a favor to ask of you' I told her

She didn't answer, almost as if she was wondering if this was real

I only knew that because, I was asking myself the same thing

'Of course, anything you need' she said, after a while

'Oran is dead' I said, simply

She was silent

'Oh' was all she said

I felt awkward and uncomfortable

I stood up and walked back and forth, feeling my mates eyes on me

'I don't have any legal guardians, if someone doesn't adopt me, then I will be sent to an orphanage in Australia' I told her, taking a deep breath

'I'll be over in 5 mintues' she said and the line went dead

I hung up the phone and turned to my mates and Wanda

"She will be here soon" I said and took a seat again

In less then 5 minutes, El was standing infront of us, sighing some papers

"Okay, from now on, El is you legal guardian. She is the only one that can make dissions about and for you, until you are of the age of 18" she told me, smiling

I nodded my head, looking at El

"Alright, I'll show myself out" she said and dissapeared around the corner

"Alright, anything else you need?" she asked me, smiling at me

I shook my head

Why didn't she ask me about Oran?

"Thanks" I told her

I didn't know what else to say to her

After a while, everything was silent and no one said anything

El walked over to me and smiled,

"I've been waiting for this for a long time" she told me

"Waiting for what?" Dylan asked her

"For you to be mine again" she told me

"What do you mean" I asked her

"Camila, you are my daughter and you need to be with me. You were taken a long time ago and now I have you again" she smiled widly

"El, you signed the papers, but you're not my mom" I told her

"I am your mom" she told me

I took a deep breath

"I know you were raised by that woman, but you share my blood" she told me

"El, it's time for you to go" I told her

"You're right, it is, now get ready, it's time to go home" El told me, smiling
