Katzenjammer— The one where a bubbly black haired boy loses his wallet and finds a grumpy redhead along the way

"Don't be mad," Jughead whined.

"I'm not mad," Archie grit between his teeth.

"Really? Because you sound mad," Jughead whispered.

Archie threw his head back into his pillow and closed his eyes. He's learned to have patience with his bubbly boyfriend but sometimes it was hard.

Especially in handcuffs.

"Where did you last have the key?" He breathed out, trying to stay calm.

"I don't remember," Jughead mumbled. His eyes were on Archie's restrained hand and the bedpost it was chained too. He was more mad at himself for not being able to remember the night they had than the actual predicament at hand. It was a hazy blur. "We were both pretty out of it."

Archie snorted. That was an understatement. He would have never let Jughead handcuff him to the bed if he wasn't drunk off his ass. He sat up as best as he could and turned his head towards the time on the cable box. It was a little past noon.

"I have a meeting at six," the redhead groaned as he brought his free hand up to his face.

"That gives me 6 hours. It's possible," Jughead interjected, punching the air excitedly.

"It took you all day to find your wallet the day we met," Archie remembered, his eyes widening at how hopeless this situation actually was. Jughead loved to play hero but he wasn't the type of hero that could get a job done in the span of 30 minutes.

Jughead used his hand to wave off the very true fact. He hopped out of bed and started searching for his clothes. "Do you not trust me?"

"Well I obviously trust you enough to end up in this situation," Archie cringed as he shook his bound wrist. He couldn't help but watch Jughead get dressed. His boyfriend was scrambling around, pulling things on clumsily and searching for things as quickly as he could. The sight was enough to make Archie smile just a little.

Something made Jughead stop in his tracks, which was extremely rare for someone who could never stand still. Archie snapped his head toward the direction Jughead was staring in.

Their laptop was on and recording.

"We didn't," Archie choked out.

"Oh we did," Jughead replied in the same disbelieving tone.

"I'm never drinking again," Archie groaned as he flopped back down on the bed.

Jughead ran toward the laptop with curiosity written all over his face. Dreams did come true. It seemed that even the drunk version of himself had his back.

"We don't have time to watch our sex tape," Archie hissed, but he was more embarrassed if anything. This was something he'd usually never do and it was weird that it even happened.

Jughead grabbed the laptop anyways and joined him back on the bed. "You're not the least bit curious?" He snickered as he pressed the button to stop the recording and waited for the file to save.

"Jughead," he huffed, glaring at him. "Focus."

Jughead rolled his eyes and slammed the laptop shut. "Fine. But we're watching it when I get back."

"Great to see your priorities are straight."

"Hey, where did we even get handcuffs from anyways?" Jughead asked as he shoved his shoes on his feet.
