Jennieʼs POV.

I woke up in Lisaʼs bedroom, fully naked. What happened? I look around and see Lisa sleeping on the floor. Why am I naked, and she's not? I shrugged. I don't care anymore, and all I want is to be out of here.

"Lisa," I whispered, kicking her back. She didn't feel it. She's still asleep. "Where are my clothes?" This time, I started kicking harder.

She held her aching back. "Damn, you can't even let me rest after all I've done for you?" She chuckles. She sat up and pointed at her drawer. "I have clothes there. You should wear them before you regret it." She said innocently.

"What am I doing here?" I cover myself with her bedsheets — making my way to her closet to pick new clothes.

"Drunk Jennie happened." I can feel her walking behind me while I change in front of her. She gives me a back hug and kisses my shoulder. "You agreed to be with me because you wanted to hear the excuse of my attitude. I'm here to answer your questions."

I'm confused, but this is an opportunity to talk about it. "Why do you leave me whenever we get too close?"

She sighs, hugging me tighter. "I was confused about how I feel about you. I would deny it to myself. But having sleepless nights thinking of you made me want to take that risk." She made me face her, looking deep into my eyes, trying to find an answer. "I want to date you, Jennie. This time, I'm serious."

I kissed her, "I hope this answers your question." I kiss her again, this time more passionately and slowly.

A moan let out from my mouth when I felt her kisses go down my neck. After a few minutes of making out, she stops. "Let's stop this, Jennie. I want to court you properly. We have so much to know about each other." She smiles sheepishly and genuinely.

"Sure, Ms. Romantic." I kissed her cheek and went to shower.

While showering, I heard soft knocks on the bathroom door. I hummed, "Can we shower together?" Lisa asked.

"No." I firmly told her. I chuckled hearing her — She whined like a kid.

"So you and Lisa are okay now?" Rosé eyed me up and down before taking another bite of her risotto chicken.

I nod, "She said she wants to date me, but this time, she's serious about it."

"And you believe that?" I nodded. "Hate to break your spirit — but look at your left." She points. I look over my left, and there she is, Lisa. However, she's busy having a conversation with the girl from yesterday. I frown at the sight of it. "Jennie, don't even — "

I marched towards her and gave the fakest smile as possible. "Hi, Lisa." I greet. I can feel the muscles on my face twitching. "Is lunch well?"

She smirks with amusement. "I was about to get lunch and sit next to you." You can tell that she's trying hard not to laugh. I looked at this girl next to Lisa up and down, judging her whole existence. Lisa clears her throat, chuckling in between. "This is Hani, Jennie. Hani, this is Jennie."

I rolled my eyes at the formality. "Hello, Hani. It's so NICE to meet you." I hope I didn't sound too sarcastic, but it's what she deserves.

"Oh, I know you." She shakes my hand with her filth, "Nice to meet you in person, Jennie." Hani bows.

I rolled my eyes, feeling irritated. Lisa again fake coughs. "Well, Hani. Me and Jennie will eat our lunch now." We excused ourselves and left. She smirks at me, her hands wrapped around my waist while walking.

"I told her not to go." Rosé points at me.

"It's okay, it's quite cute." She looks at me, "Don't sulk now, here, I bought you milk." She pokes the milk carton on my cheek. I took it without hesitation.

Lisa sits closer, resting her hand on my thigh — caressing it. "Are you two friends or something?" I asked, pretending to eat and uninterested.

"She's nobody. I only know her because she's my tutor. She goes to my place after school."

Tutor? "Why tutor? Are you failing your class?" A tutor, huh? And why wasn't it me instead of that dork?

"No, and yes? If that makes sense." She scratches the back of her neck. "I won't fail, but the teacher says I need a tutor."

"Who is the teacher?" I asked.

"Jennie, no." Rosé suddenly joins our conversation. Her face was not amused. Lisa ate quietly, looking at both Rosé and me. I feel bad that she has no idea. I'll tell her about me someday, but for now, it's not the time.

"What? I just asked who it was." I need to find who it was.

"What's happening?" Lisa innocently asked. She's eyeing me for answers.

"Nothing — " Rosé and I synced.

Someday, I'll tell you all about it, Lisa. I won't keep any secrets from you, I promise you that. I'll find the right time. I'm afraid that she will only like me because of my family fortune — But I hope to come clean when I see her devotion to me
