(A/N: The author just woke up from a one-and-a-half-day nap... )Jennieʼs POV.
"Can you sit still?" I pleaded with this big child who was running around happily in her home, kissing every piece of furniture she saw —
She shrugged her shoulders and sat next to me. "I'm happy that I'm all better. Now I can fuck you here anywhere I want." My eyeballs almost went out of its socket.
How dare this woman have no shame? I kind of like it that way. Damn, If I was another person hearing this right now. I would've shit on their bed, just like how Amber Heard did to Johnny Depp.
Like, who doesn't want to be fucked everywhere? Everyone has their kinks, even you behind the screen.
She starts laughing, her hand slipped on my shoulder, pushing me closer to her."Oh, please. You love the idea of it. I can already feel your peanut shaking, trying to find release."
ʼWhat the actual fuck? ʼ That is my reaction to what she said. Peanut? Seriously, clit and a peanut don't match at all. "Your way of saying things is weird." I jokingly punch her chest lightly. "Out of all the words you could've said in the dictionary, you chose peanut?"
"Of course! Peanuts are savory, sweet, and salty. Yours is just the excellent flavor." She said with confidence.
I frowned my brows and laughed. "You're a chef now? Last time I remember, you almost burned your kitchen trying to cook. What? Right, eggs."
She threw her hands up in defeat. "It was a one-time thing. I was trying to send you a dick picture. I have left my eggs on the stove unsupervised."
I reach for her hand and caress it gently. I looked straight into her eyes and said these magical words. "Never cook again." Her mouth went agape. It's so funny!
"Can you at least teach me? I want to learn and cook for you someday." Lisa is so sweet. I can't help but agree, even if there is a seventy-five percent chance she will burn down along with the kitchen.
I've been taking care of Lisa after the incident. She has gotten better at walking — I couldn't get any happier. I heard Lisaʼs phone ringing, and I notified her about it. She asked me if I could respond to it for her since she didn't feel like standing up on her sofa — lazy ass.
"Hello, Ruby Jane speaking." I heard a woman giggle on the other line.
"Hi, is my daughter available to talk?" I hope she didn't hear it because my throat choked.
If that is possible —
"Yes, ma'am! I'll bring the phone to her immediately." I said before muting myself. When I said immediately, I meant rushing down the stairs, almost jumping through the stairs, spraining my ankle kind of speed —
The flash got nothing on me.
"Lisa, your mother." I gave her the phone, and she went out to excuse herself. Can this girl not? I want to listen and know what is about to go down!
Oh, my God, Jennie. It should be none of my business because it is a family matter. God, I sound like a Karen with some ugly Chihuahua in hand.
I'll sit down and stop being a nosy brat. "Hey." Lisa kissed my cheek. "Momʼs going today, along with my brother. Is that okay with you?" It is so sudden, but I love the idea of meeting her family. I nod my head. "Great! They are a handful, so prepare yourself."
"If you say it that way, I can't help but be anxious now." She laughs, telling me that I shouldn't be worried and relax. Yeah, sure, relax. I think I can do that.
No, I can't.
A sudden question popped in my head. "Do they know you are a part of a mafia?" Her laugh died. It went quiet for a minute or so before I heard her say something —
"No, and they don't need to know about it." She looks at me, "Are you going to snitch on me?" I get that she is scared and everything, but no accusations.
"Of course not." I don't blame her for not trusting me. I once left her for being a mafia. "I will never do such a thing to you. I love you, Lisa. Trust me on this." She sighs before hugging my side.
"I trust you, Jennie. My mom would worry if she found out about it and would force me to quit. Motherʼs freak out on anything." She laughs, but there's a hint of nervousness. "I can't quit, Jennie. Resigning will put me in danger."
I looked at her, visibly confused. "It can lead to my death. There are a lot of consequences if I quit. That's why my boss doesn't want me to because it is risky —"
She hugs me tighter. "I'll illustrate more once my mom goes home, okay?" I nod.
So that means she is going to have to come back to work? I guess so. I can't help but be worried. It is a dangerous job after all
She told me she had done this for many years and that I shouldn't be worried. Maybe I'm overthinking this too much.
I should be worried about how I'm going to impress her mother and brother, shit. I'm nervous.
