Chapter 21

We entered his office and saw my handsome husband, standing so gorgeously infront of his father.

"There you are, my bad boy." He kissed Jansen. " And my ever hottie wife!" He kissed me on my cheek.

"Don't even mention it." We laughed at that.

"Oh boy. I have to thank your wife for giving me a handsome playmate." James said in his deepest voice with a small laugh before lifting Jansen up for a kiss on his forehead. " Handsome little buddy. So Wills."

"Made by a handsome dad and a gorgeous mom." Jared commented.

He dragged me by my waist. "Where are you going today, dad?" I asked James.

"Same old thing. But I prepared a bigger boat for us. Want to see?"

"Yes! I want to see!!!" Jansen cheerfully said.

"Alright, little buddy. Say goodbye to mom and dad."

They bid us goodbye before leaving Jared and I in his office. I faced him and saw that he's already smirking.

"What now?" I asked him.

He turned to his desk and then to me. "I don't have much work to do. Want me to lock the door? The couch is wide enough." He smirked.

I laughed at him. "Seriously? Your employees will get jealous, you know? Take me home, if you are that desperate."

He kissed my cheek and bit my ear. "Yes. I am desperate."

For some reasons, my stupid hormones flushed through my veins. Or no. No, Ash. Not now.

"Ah! I have to tell you something." I sat infront his desk.

His eyes widened and was ready to shout at any moment. "You're pregnant???!!!" Little by little, a stupid smile formed to his lips.

I really want to say yes. I don't want to disappoint him but... "Dad came home from France. For good. I just want to, you know, make a visit."

He looked away. See what I mean? "I can't come. We have a new project."

"I'm fine with myself."

"What about Jansen?" He asked.

About that. "Your mom was actually borrowing him for a week. Just so you know." I used my puppy eyes at him. Which, most of the time, don't work. "I waited for years, Jared. Last time I saw him was like five years ago, on our wedding day."

He thought for an hour. No, I'm exaggerating. "Fine. BUT! B. U. T. Only if Jcee's coming with you."

"C'mon Jared. That's impossible. He's busier than you!"

He raised his finger to shut me up. "Uh-uh. Wifey. You better beg him now. Or you'll have to wait until next month."

I pouted my lips. "What an annoying jerk. With all the handsomeness and hotness but who cares when you're annoying?"

I didn't know what to say. I just blurted every word that I can think of.

"Seriously? Handsome and hot? C'mon, Ash. Don't underestimate your husband."

But of course I won! Jcee can never refuse me. You see, of all of their wealths and so and so, I'm still the boss here!

I went home and gave my dad a real big hug! Gosh, I missed him. I missed them. I missed everything about Seattle! They asked for Jared and Jansen but I guess we'll just come together next month.

I'll be here for a week. So, I'm guessing, I would miss my family too. But before anything else, I paid Nathan's grave a visit. I always come here just like before. Nothing changed except... except that I no longer feel any heartbreaks or pain about what happened to him. I no longer miss him or love him. Obviously, my world turned only to Jared and Jansen.
