Ruhi was getting ready and came down. She was late again . She took her bag and was going to leave when she bumped into Vikrant . He held her by her waist or she would have fallen down .
"I am sorry sir.. I didn't see you .. I should be leaving . I am getting late " Ruhi said in one go

She was leaving for office that is why she was in hurry. She tugged her hair behind her ears and went towards door .
"Ruhi ..!!" Vikrant called
"Y..yes ..sir " Ruhi turned back and said .
"Today Dadi has invited us for dinner . I couldn't refuse . So be ready by 7 . We have to go " Vikrant said .
"Okay sir I will try to finish my work by then ." Ruhi said and took a step ahead towards the door to leave
"Did you have your breakfast..??" Vikrant asked he knew that she didn't had her breakfast.
" Sir, I am not hungry . You please go ahead . I should leave I am getting late " Ruhi didn't look at him and left .
Why is she like this ... Vikrant murmured.

Vikrant came home by 6 pm and there was still no sign of Ruhi .
He went to the kitchen to have his Coffee . After few minutes Ruhi came home . She looked as if she was in such a hurry.
She spotted Vikrant and said .
"I am sorry . Actually there were lots of work and I didn't get a bus back home . So I am late . I am sorry . I will get ready .." she spoke without realizing what she was speaking.
"Bus..? You take a bus back home ?" He asked . But why..? Why didn't she took driver with her .
You idiot. Why will she take her driver with her. You didn't ask her to . Also if anyone will see her in your car . They will have doubts .
" I prefer public transport sir . They are reliable and cheap " she said " I will go get ready.."
"Okay .."
"Will you have some coffee ?" Vikrant asked .
"No, sir thank you " she smiled and thanked him . She left for her room to get ready.

She came down after some time wearing a simple saree . Her hairs were open , cascading around her shoulders . She wore her bangles in her henna filled hands.She wore a minimal makeup . But what caught Vikrant's attention was the red Vermillion applied on her partition . She was looking simply beautiful dressed as newly wed bride .
