RUHI..
an orphan who lives with her grandmother, Uncle and aunt ...a broken soul she is ...always accused by her uncle about the death of her parents..neglected by her classmates and friends ..she has no one except her grandmother to share her feel...
Today was the day they were leaving for Bali...both Ruhi and Vikrant was happy as well as nervous.
They left for Mumbai airport early in the morning . Vikrant was still sleepy whereas Ruhi excitedly watched the morning view from the car . The weather was beautiful she kept gazing out of the window . Soon they reached the airport . She looked at Vikrant but he was still sleeping.
"Vikrant" ...she called softly .." Vikrant we reached "
He stirred in his sleep .
"Huh" he opened his eyes unable to sense where he was . He looked everywhere with confusion. Ruhi laughed looking at his face .
"We reached the airport , get up.."
"Ohh..yeah. .. I know ..." I was just ..umm ..sorry .."
"It's okay let's go .." she said smiling . She sure was very excited . That was clearly seen on her face .
They did their check in and security check and were waiting for their arrival . It was Ruhi's first time traveling through flight . Every now and then she looked outside the large glass window whenever she saw a flight take off . Her reactions amused Vikrant . She kept looking at her excitement . He didn't know why her happiness made him smile .
"Oh God ... Vikrant ...this is my first time traveling by flight ..there is this weird feeling in my stomach... " She giggled.
"I know .. don't worry ... It will be a thrilling journey.." he smiled .
"Hope so..." She looked at the sky..
Soon they were in the flight . It was on the runway and ready to take off Ruhi got nervous and held Vikrant's hand .
" It's okay..you are safe " he whispered interlocking his hands with her .
After half and hour ..
"My ears feel weird .." Ruhi complained looking outside .
"Yeah ..due to the increased air pressure ...your eustachian tube gets blocked so you feel your ears blocked..may be chewing a gum will help..here have some" he handed her the gum when he saw her fall asleep on the window pane .
"So ..I was talking to the sleeping Ruhi .." he said to himself . He pulled her towards himself and made her rest on his shoulder and he himself fell asleep .
