Feyre's pov
We didn't have a party though, not that day and not for the next few days that we all pulled our weight.

To have thought that ending this war would end all our problems, then we could all think again.

That was all that had been going through my head these last few days, more so when I'd wake up to Rhys not being in bed with me, his side long gone cold, or non of my family being there for breakfast or lunch.

We could some times manage to meet for dinner but there was always one member that had very important business that couldn't wait.

My days had been full of signing papers and talking to the builders that were working to build the houses that were taken down in the attacks from Hybern.
Though I wasn't that busy today and I had no idea were everyone else was.

I was supposed to meet Mor at one of the cute little cafes by the Rainbow but she hadn't shown up and I'd been walking around for some time now looking for her.

She and I were supposed to be planing for the great ball that the Night Court was hosting, to celebrate the end of the war.

And I had never organized a ball before so I really needed her help with it.

Even though I was mad at Mor for standing me up, I couldn't help my thoughts from drifting to my mate.
I missed him so much at the moment, he was berly with me any more.

And I know that it is selfish of me to be angry with him when all he's doing is helping our people and our world.

But I needed a little comfort now and then too. He would come in for dinner because he knows that I hate eating alone, but then he goes to his studie up at the House of Wind to do more paper work.

Some times he doesn't even come to bed till past midnight, and by that time he's too tired to do anything but sleep.

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't hear Mor call out to me and almost walked right into her.

I stumbled back with a "I'm so sorry" and she giggled, but stopped when she saw my face. "Feyre what's wrong? Is it Rhys? If it is I can give him a peice of my mind, or fist if you want me to."

I looked at her and shook my head, but I couldn't stop the tears that started to fall from my eyes, Mor didn't say anything though as she took me into her arms and held me while I cried into her shoulder.

She did winnow though, and I gripped her till we were in a cabin a lot like the cabin in the mountains.

"Were are we?" I asked looking around the room we stood in. There was a fire place in the far wall and couches all around it, as if the place was made for comfort and long talks with friends.

"This is the one other cabin that belongs to Rhys's family in the mountains, but everyone just goes to the other one because it's bigger." I nodded and sat down on one of the couches just as the fire burst to life, the cabin running on the same majic as the other one.

Mor sat next to me and wrapped her arm around me shoulders, "What's wrong Feyre?" I looked at her and let it all out.

My worrys about the court and our alliances with the other courts, my worrys about Rhys and him working to hard, how when he does sleep I hear him wake up with nightmares all the time. And how he hasn't been eating enough. How I just want a weekend for all of us to be a family, and not have one of us having to do something else. And being able to hold my mate not just when he's unconscious with sleep.

By the time I was finished my cheeks were wet again and Mor was looking at me with sadness I her eyes.

" I'm not going to say much" she said wiping at my face to rid of the tears "But you have been so brave considering all that has happened, I did not handle my first war as well as you've handled this one, and I didn't have a mate to worry about and nether was I High Lady. But you just need to give yourself some time, and Rhys some time, it'll still take a while for everything to settle and it'll take you some time to."

I nodded at her and gave her a small smile. Just as the door opened and my mate walked in with a look that said he'd heard every thing that we'd just said.

"What are you doing here?" I asked but Mor got up at walked to the door. "My surprise to cheer you up." She said nodding at Rhys who smiled sadly at me.

"Doing your work for you for two days, so you too can have some time together."
She said, then added "Alone" with a wink, and winnowed away.

I stared at were she'd been standing as the realization set in, I had two whole days alone with Rhys in a cabin in a cabin in the mountains. Anyone with Rhys. Rhys. ...........
