Rhys's pov
I heard Feyre before she got to my office door.
It sounded like she was trying to be quite, but the sound of her footsteps didn't pass my fae hearing unnoticed.
She knocked, but didn't wait for a reply before strolling in with some tea.
"How's your day been?" She asked.
Fine. I said in her mind.
What's wrong? She said in mine, seeing right through my lie.
I sighed, shaking my head.
"Azriel has been acting weird and isn't telling me something."
Feyre nodded, "What do you think it is about?"
I sighed again, "I think he's found someone, but he dosent want us to meet her."
Feyre's eyebrows shot up, "So I'm not aloud to be a romantic and talk to them about love but you can?"
I rolled my eyes, "That's not this is about. I just need to be alone for now."
She frowned at me. "I hope you get out of this mood I want you happy for Solstice in a few days."
She slamed the door on the way out.
I had to get out of this funk.
For her.
