Chapter 9 Azriel

I had a feeling that Feyre  was trying to get Elain and I together.

I didn't like it, I might love my High Lady but she needs to mind her own business.

At the moment Rhys was busy fucking said High Lady out in the mountains, thanks to Mor.

And Cassain was busy stalking Nesta.

So I did go in search of Elain, but there was nothing between us and never would be.

I think the thing that Feyre gets mixed up is the Elain and I just get along so well.

I really do love spending time with Elain and it's just so calming.

Elain is so calming.

I landed at the townhouse and went in to find her at the dinning table having tea.

Alone.

Did n t anyone else want to make the time to keep her company?

Comming out of the shadows that surrounded me, blocking me from sight.

"Good afternoon" I said in greeting.

Elain looked up at me and smiled at me.

"Arftanoon to you too" She said.

Then she said what I had been thinking this whole time.

"I think that my sister is trying to get us together."

I blinked at her, not sure what to say to that.

"I...."

"Not it's okay, you don't have to say anything, I thought you knew. Forget that I said anything."

She said looking imbarised to have said anything.

"No!"

She looked startled now at my out burst.

"I mean, I did know and I'm glad that you feel that same about it"

She still looked shocked.

"I mean that I'm glad you just want to be friends with me."

She smiled at that and I couldn't help smiling back.

But then she caught me off gard again.

"Are you and Mor something?"

"What?"

She sighed, "Does Mor love you in a romantic way?"

Now it was my turn to sigh, "No we are never going to get together."

She looked kinda relieved that that was the answer

"I need to know that you will not tell anyone even though it may upset you?"

I raised my eyebrows, "Okay" I said nodding.

"Okay"

She said nodding with me and looking like she was trying to convince herself to tell me.

"I like someone."

Now I was really surprised.

"Really I didn't think that you had been here long enough?"

"Well it is kinda a attraction thing."

She said thins looking so imbarised by saying something like that to me.

"Will you tell me who he is?"

Now she really looked torn.

"It's she."
