I looked at Jacob. And jacob looked at me. "Did you just. Kiss me?" Jacob asked me. I stood there for a second, still in shock. "I- I think I did." I said. "Well." Jacob said. "Um I think we should go back to the hotel." he said. "Yeah lets go." I said. We started walking towards the hotel in awkward silence. I texted Sarah on the way back to the hotel. "GO TO OUR ROOM ASAP AND WAIT FOR ME TO GET THERE!" I sent to her.
When we got back to the hotel room jacob walked me up to my door. "Look I don't want things to be awkward between us okay? Because I really like you and I don't want that to change and I don't think it will to be honest." He said to me. "Yeah I really like you too." I said. "I just have to work things out with Taylor and decide if I want to be with him or you." I said. "It's okay. I totally understand Emily." Jacob said. "Take your time. In the mean time, goodnight." he said. and he kissed me on the cheek like I did at the park to him.
"SARAH WE NEED TO HAVE A SERIOUS TALK LIKE NOW!" I said to Sarah once I saw jacob walk away and I was in our room. "What? What happened on your date with Jacob?" she said. "It wasn't a date." I said. But he asked about Taylor and I told him how me and I told him how me and Taylor have been having problems and I started crying and he hugged me and comforted me. And then I just. Kissed him. But it was only on the cheek!" I said. She was in shock. "Oh.My.Gosh!!!!!" She said. "There's more." I said. She looked excited but shocked at the same time. "When we got to the hotel, he walked me to my door and told me a few things. And before I went into my room. He kissed me this time." I said. "Woooow." Sarah said. "So what are you going to do?" she asked. "I don't know. That's why I came to you." I said. "Well. I think you should go with the one who you like better. Which one makes you the happiest." She said.
