"Ready to go?" my mom asked as she headed to the door.

"I'll be right there. I just need to get my laptop" I said.

"Mommy I'm ready" said Alicia (my sister)

We got in the truck and headed to Cali.It took 6 hours to get there. 

"Wake up Alessia were here! California!!!" Alicia screamed.

"Can you shut up?!" I said annoyed.

We walked in to our new house. It was bigger then I expected. It had 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and a 2 door garage.

"Do you like it?" My dad asked.

"I'm speechless" I said.

I walked up the steps and went through the rooms.

"Your rooms to the left Lessi" My mom said.

My room was beautiful. I had my own bathroom and walk in closet.

Alicia walked in and complained that her room was smaller than mine.

The rest of the night we brought things in and unpacked. I start school tomorrow morning. I'm so nervous.

~The next day~

I wore a black crop top with a light blue jean jacket on top with light blue jeans to match.I had my white hurraches too.I wore silver hoop earrings and a silver necklace Camilla gave me.

My dad drove me to school and told me about how the girls on the volleyball team were excited a new girl was going to join. So that made me even more nervous. What if they don't think I'm good enough?

"We're here Lessi. I'll see you later okay?" my dad said.

I got out and waited.

"Dad, you want me to go in by myself?!" I exclaimed.

"Yes Lessi". My dad said getting annoyed.

"Dad no! It's my first day!" I yelled.

"Lessi, won't you be embarrassed if I go in? Remember it's my first day at my job!" he said.

"Yes but it's the same company" I yelled

"Lessi you will be fine" my dad said as he rolled up the window.

My dad pulled off. I can't believe him.

I texted Camilla but she didn't answer. I went in and saw a whole bunch of kids. I rushed pass them to look for the office.

"Aye watch it" a boy with dreds said.

"My bad I didn't mean to bump into you." I said nervously.

"Next time watch where your going." He said.

"Man calm down that's a female." a cute boy with curly hair said.

"Exactly"  I said.

"What's your name?" The cute boy asked.

"It's Alessia" I said.

"Oh cool I'm Jahking." He said.

"Nice to meet you" I said nervously.

"Where you going to?" He said.

"I'm looking for the office..I'm new" I said.

"Let me show you then"

He showed me to the office and stayed with me.

"Here's your schedule. Oh hey Jahking! Can you help this new student out" the counselor said.
