Chapter 4.

Ashton's pov

We were all going out, with the boys of One Direction, to go eat. I had a really good time with them, espically with Niall and Louis who are as crazy as I am around friends. Calum and Micheal mostly hung out with Liam and Zayn, talking about music. Sophie was flirting a little with Harry, and I had to say that they were cute together. Yes, he was older then her, but she was shinning. I could see in her face how happy she was. Finally, there was Luke, always lost in his own thoughts and in the moon. He did not talk much, withdrawing himself from the conversations to walk behind. I didn't say anything. If he wanted to talk about it, he would've did it.

We stopped at a diner, where we saw a couple of fans. They were nice and they didn't freak out at the sight of us. We took pictures and signed autographs, Sophie always proposing to take the picture. She was always really kind with the fans. They loved her too, because they knew she wasn't a threat since she was like a sister to us. I couldn't imagine one of us with her... Well, when I think about it, maybe Luke... Oh my gosh! I was so bright. I understood why he was so down. Sophie was going to Harry's room and they were literaly flirting in front of us so.. Luke had feelings for her!

Wow.. huh.. Awkward... He knew her for so long...

We were sitting at one big table. We commanded a tons of hamburgers, the boys from 1D offering to pay. I looked at Harry, who was whispering in Soph's ear, and she giggled.

"Hey, Soph! You are having fun tonight?" I asked with a smirk.

She sent me a death glare, to make me shut up. Luke was starring at the scene. I felt bad for him, so I decided to stop fooling with Sophie for him. If not, I would've kept going!

We all went for a walk, before we all seperated for the night. I left for the hotel with Calum and Micheal, since Luke had already left. I went to Sophie, her shoulders surrounded by Harry's arm. I leaned toward her to whisper in her ear.

"Be carefull, I said seriously. We are leaving the hotel at noon."

She nodded.

"Ash, can you check on Luke for me? I think something is wrong with him since the end of the show. I am kind of worried, but you know.. I can't really let this opportunity fly!"

"Sure, Soph. Good night and have fun!"

What I thought was confirmed, she had no idea of ​​the existence of Luke's feelings towards her.

Luke's pov

I couldn't stay there, while she was cuddling with him in front of everybody. In front of me.

I know I couldn't blame her from having fun, because I never told her about what I felt for her. At least, she didn't did that to hurt me...

"Hum, I will head back to the hotel, I am not feeling really good." I told the boys.

Calum cast a quick glance in Sophie's direction, who spoke softly on a bench with Harry, and motioned me to leave. He understood me.

I left without saying anything else, opening the door with a snap. If I had stayed one more minute to torture me, I would've explode. I could not afford it. So I walked as fast as possible, to get away from that damn restaurant. I felt the frustration come over me and I began to run. I felt the air in my hair and whipping my face. For a moment, I forgot about everything. Then, as I turned at the corner of the street, I hit something, or rather someone. I looked at the girl, lying on the ground, and held out my hand.

"You should be carefull!" She said with a harsh tone.

"I am sorry... I was running and it is dark outside so I didn't saw you."
