Love is a miracle, and it can happen unexpectedly. It doesn't care if you're in pain. It doesn't care if you're lost. It doesn't care if you're forgotten by the world.

Love is a miracle and it can happen to anyone. Regardless of your past, it will find you.

Love is a miracle that can brighten your life... You just have to let it in.

"I'm laying in the grass, dirt, and snow..." He held his hand out and I took it, allowing him to help me up. "I think a cave would be an improvement."

"Yeah, I guess it would be." He looked away as I started picking everything up. It didn't take long, I hadn't taken anything out. When I finished he started down the path. I started to follow the stranger down it when he turned back and frowned. The wind picked up and once again I bracing myself against the cold. He stopped and started to take off his jacket, handing it over to me. "Wait, what about you." He just shrugged, his purple shirt hanging off of him loosely.

"Trust me, I don't need it." I put it on and instantly felt warm. it was like it had been resting on the furnace. I practically melted into the warmth and I heard the stranger laugh. I shot him a look and he just shook his head.

"How is it so warm?" He looked to the side and sigh, continuing down the path without answering my question. I followed him down the path until he stopped in front of a line of dead trees. It was my first time seeing it. The remains of the great forest. The stranger just moved past the barrier, pushing past the dead blackened branches. He grabbed my arm and quickly lead me far away from destruction in front of me. The only thing I could think of was the legend... If the great forest was real... was Eragon?

"It's just through here." The man pulled back this curtain of vines revealing a hidden entrance into the mountain. I walked in after them. I noticed the claw marks on the wall and felt a slight fear start to build. As I walked down this hallway type thing, I noticed it was modernized. There were lights adorning the walls lighting our way. "Patton insisted I make it more... homey." He stopped in front of a large door and smiled. "Welcome... To my home."

He opened the door to reveal a very large room. It was carved right out of the cave itself. I turned to see a large portion of the room to be the cave itself. It opened up right into a cliff allowing you to just look out at everything below. Not to mention the natural light when the sun comes out. It's got to look amazing.  I felt my heart skip a beat as I turned to see his eyes lit up. He was happy.

"So you live here?"

"I'm here every night." His eyes darkened for a split second and he shrugged walking over to a closet. He gestured to me and I gave him back his coat to put away. He was right though. It was warm here. Really warm for a cave... I just don't see how even with some sort of heating system, it could get this warm. Whatever they use it's got to be expensive. "Anywho, since you are staying the night... Guess we should introduce ourselves."

"Oh yeah, I completely forgot." He just laughed and again my heart skipped. His laugh was so light and kind.

"Yeah, I was more concerned with getting you out of the cold." He pulled this hoodie out of the closet and looked back over at me smiling. My heart began to race and I had to look away, feeling the blush from my cheeks. This is so not good. I just met the guy. How can I already be crushing? "Are you ok? You're not getting sick, are you?" I glanced up to see him mere moments from my lips, his hand to my forehead. I freaked out, jumping back and hiding my face in my hands, as I furiously shook my head. "You look flushed.

"No... I'm good, it's just my body getting used to the warmth is all... cold cheeks. The names Roman... Roman Hayes." He nodded smiling again and I melted. That's when I noticed he was wearing the hoodie he had pulled out. It was edgy, to say the least. The hoodie was black with this purple patchwork and white threading. It actually worked really well with his purple shirt and ripped black jeans. He looked at me with those eyes that looked like pools of chocolate that I could just melt into and my heart nearly stopped.

"Virgil... My name is Virgil Sanders."
