My sister took away my phone for some dumb reason. I'll be separated from my phone for 3 days!!!! :'(

And I can't just shake it off, so...

-----------Cassie's POV-----------

'Cassandra-' Hermione started.

'Just call me Cassie.'

'Um, ok. Cassie, can I tell you a secret?'

'I guess. That could be a good start to our bonding practice. Sure.'

'I think I might like two guys at once.'

'Er, go on.'

'It's Cormac McLaggen and Viktor Krum. I don't like them that much, but at least they spark my interest. There are no other good boys at Hogwarts.'

'Why would you say that?! I get why you'd like Krum, but Cormac?'

'I know, but we kissed.'

'So?'

'So it's a big deal! I've never kissed anyone before!'

'Yeah but that doesn't mean anything. I've kissed Malfoy, you think we have a magical bond now?'

'You kissed Malfoy?'

'Hey, it was against my will okay!'

'I did know he liked you but...'

'The point is, just go with your gut. There are loads of boys at Hogwarts. You don't have to force yourself. You have enough on your hands. He'll come when it's time.'

'Um, okay. Thanks.'

Then she hugged me kind of awkwardly.

I snuck up on Ron at breakfast. I gently turned him around and put my lips on his lightly. After a while, I pulled away.

'Happy Birthday.' I whispered.

'Wait, so we're good now?'

I sat down next to him.

'Yup. Found out it was Malfoy all along. He pretended to be you to break up with me.'

'That blond git...' Ron muttered.

'Don't worry, I'm here now.'

'So, you're my present, huh?'

'Yes, actually.'

'Well, when can I unwrap it?' He whispered.

I blushed. Oh, Ron.

'In your dreams, you perv.'

'Get out of my way, you blood traitor-um, tree.' Malfoy sneered.

'Wait, did- did you just call me a tree?'

'So what if I did.'

'That's the worst one yet. Are you sure you're trying?'

'So you want me to try harder, eh? You're a-an- you're an orphan.'

'That's not even an insult.'

'You're perfect, okay? There's nothing bad to say about you. I'm trying to act normal, but this isn't normal. I- I think I'm in love with you. I know you'll never love me, so I'm trying to push away the feeling. By acting like a jerk.'

'I- I don't know what to say.'

'Don't say anything...'

'I gotta go...'
