----------The Second Task----------

I was waiting for Harry to resurface, as well as everyone else. Bit silly, really. They make us wait for an hour without actually seeing what the champions are doing. They should stick a camera on each champion's head.

I was right. They actually had to retrieve the person they would miss most. Harry, naturally, missed Ginny the most. Krum, for some reason, got Hermione. Probably because he has no friends. I hope she drowns.

I feel bad for all the people who needed rescuing (except for Hermione). They didn't sign up for this. At least I don't think. At least Cho is safe... even though I don't like her. I still can't believe Harry used to have a crush on her.

Ugh, Hermione.Why does Victor have to love her so? Actually, maybe that can lure her away from Ron. I just need Krum to take her away to Durmstrang. Is Durmstrang an all boys school? Even if it is, maybe they'd let her. And she can see how it feels like to always have boys fawning over you. Cause the boys will be so desperate they would rather have Hermione than not.

Poor Ginny. All tied up by the ugly mermaids. I still believe there are pretty ones, Maybe it's the salt water that makes them wrinkly. Or vice versa. I dunno what water is in the Black Lake. whatever.

Suddenly, Harry shot up out of the water and landed on the platform. I could see Ginny and Fleur's sister bobbing in the water.

I wrapped my arms around him.

'I'm so glad you didn't die!'

'Yeah me too.' Harry replied.

'Dumbledore wouldn't let the champions or the hostages die anyways. You didn't have to save Gabrielle too.' Hermione butted in.

Hermione hates Fleur. She despises any girl who's prettier than her. Like me. Just kidding I'm not that full of myself.

Fleur thanked Harry for saving her sister and kissed him on the cheek. Ginny glared. Fleur ignored her.

Then Dumbledore announced the champions' scores. Harry got second place even though he couldn't do it within the time limit because he was a goody two-shoes. And Dumbledore favors him.

Then we started walking back up to the castle.

'Soo... what happened down there? Gosh that sounds dirty. Kind of.'

'Well, I actually got to the hostages first, but I wanted to make sure all of them got saved, so I waited for the others. '

'That was silly of you. Anyway, I still can't believe you turned into a fish.'

'Yeah, it was really cool. I didn't even have to breathe manually, my gills just did it for me.'

'I just got an idea. What if two people ate gillyweed and went underwater? You wouldn't have to breathe through your nose or mouth, and you can snog all you want!'

'Cassie... you aren't thinking of actually doing that...' Harry said.

'Um, maybe...'

Ron blushed.
