After I got home from talking with Zo I couldn't fall asleep. I ended up falling asleep at 5 am, so I just opted to not go to class. We didn't have practice today so I just stayed home and slept. I was sitting on the couch working on homework when my phone rang.
"Hello," I answered pressing the phone between my face and my shoulder.
"Well good evening to you too." Kyle's voice rang through my phone.
"Oh hey sorry, I didn't even know it was you," I replied kinda shocked. He's not one to call.
"It's fine. So yanno I go on a 6-day tour in two days right?" He said as I closed my multiple notebooks.
"Yeah, I'm gonna miss you," I spoke kinda upset he was going away for so long.
"I'm gonna miss you too. So I'm making dinner at my place tonight and I was wondering if you would like to come over and hang with me before I take off tomorrow?" He asked kinda awkward and nervous. It's adorable how nervous I can make him.
"Sure, what time?" I asked as I messed with my nails.
"6 ok?" He questioned.
"Sure I'll see you then," I said as I moved the books off of me.
"Ok, I'll see you my address. Bye Liv." He said still kinda nervous.
"Adios," I replied before hanging up.
"What was that about?" Mili asked as he leaned on the back of the couch.
"You're the nosiest thing I've ever met." I retorted as I looked at her.
"You would have me any other way." She said as she climbed over the back of the couch and sat down.
"Don't walk on the furniture, you bitch," I said as I hit her with one of my notebooks.
"Aye don't start something you can't finish," Mili said narrowing her eyes at me. We go at each other like this all the time.
"What's your 5'10" ass gonna do?" I asked with attitude.
"Keep in mind I'm only 3 inches shorter than you, big girl." She pointed her finger at me and laughed. "Anyways what was that phone call about?"
"Kuz invited me over for dinner since he's leaving for Boston tomorrow. He'll be away for 6 days so I guess he wants to spend some time with me." I told her as I got a text from Kuz with his address on it.
"Ooh sounds like fun. Make sure you use protection." She said making me look at her in shock.
"You are nasty," I said smacking her leg.
"I mean hey rather be safe than sorry." She shrugged her shoulders and laughed.
"I'm going to go get ready you goober." I laughed as I got up and started to walk to the stairs.
"Be careful," Mili yelled before I walked upstairs.
I laughed as I walked upstairs. I walked upstairs and went into my bathroom to freshen up. I brushed my teeth, pulled my hair up, put on deodorant, and touched up my makeup before walking into my closet. I looked for an outfit before finally settling on this.
