Nahmir's Pov

This is the fifth time this week I woke up thinking about her.Sometimes when she smiles with Youngboy I get upset.When she's close to me I wanna smile and break out of character, but then guys will start thinking it's cool to mess with me.

Let me get out before she's awake...like I always do.

"95." I was doing push-ups, sometimes working out helps

"This nigga can't lift weights what is he doing in a gym?" I could hear Jay talking shit with his lisp

"You spitting and everything," Jay smacked his teeth making more spit fly "but the gym doesn't only have weights, stupid."

"Whatever there he is."

"98...99...100." I stood up dusting myself off

"You still look the same." Jay said taking some cheez-its from Zion

I sucked my teeth "And so do your teeth." I said moving on to my cell

"Y'all always coming for my teeth...." I blocked his little rant out

I needed a new shirt and a shower.Unlike a lot of people in here I don't like being musty.Zion and Jay just followed behind me silently.What was the point of them coming to find me?

"Y'all ain't have anything to say?" I looked at them raising an eyebrow

"Well we were gon—" Zion covered his mouth

"Actually go ahead and take your shower first we can talk after." He waved his other hand dismissively

I shrugged looking around the room for a shirt when I looked I saw her sleeping.I was trying to be a lot quieter so I won't wake her up.After a good fifteen minutes of searching I finally found the ugly khaki colored shirt.I walked passed the two who were just quietly whispering so that I could take a shower.

"Just say it!" Jay exclaimed clearly frustrated

"You like her don't you?" I decided I was gonna pretend I didn't know who they were talking about

"Who?" I asked biting the mini pancake

Zion looked back at Jay.

"Don't make me say it." He whined

I hadn't really be interested in any females in here since some time ago.This must have been real entertaining for them to see.

"You like Karma." He whispered as if someone was around to hear him

"Yeah I do," I admit to them, shrugging my shoulders "so what?"

"Look Nahmir we already— Wait did you just say yeah?" Jay asked

I only nodded my head almost laughing at their faces.

"She's cute or whatever." I shrugged looking around the cafeteria for her

"Awe shit my mans out her in love." Glizzy wiped away fake tears

I saw her at a table with Youngboy talking and smiling.That could be me.What so great about him anyways? I clenched my jaw turning back to them.Tay just popped out of nowhere taking a seat across from us with Maria.

"What's going on?" Tay asked

"Nothing." Zion laughed

"Mmh."
