"Are you out of your fucking mind Raven?!" Anya shouted. "If you actually think I'm going to sign divorce papers!"

Raven huffed at her dramatic wife. Divorce wasn't the worst thing in the world but to Anya it was when you were actually in love with the person you're married to. That was the last thing they had that tied them to each other and for Raven to take that away was heartbreaking.

"Why are you so surprised huh?" Raven asked. In that moment Anya wanted to shove her wife out the house so she could get her head screwed on straight. "Come on Anya if we loved each other we wouldn't keep hurting each other like this." Raven said plainly like it didn't matter.

"But I do love you" Anya mumbled. She was losing this fight.

"Let's start with me cheating on you then" Raven started and it made Anya tense up slightly. "Was that Love Anya? If someone loved you would they do that to you?" Raven asked.

"I forgave you, because I love you." Raven laugh and the sound tore Anya apart inside. It was like she lost all feelings for her.

"Then we got a child to ignore our problems and focus on her more than each other and that worked until it didn't now we're here still pretending everything's okay. When will the pretending stop?" Anya was speechless she couldn't do anything but stare with tears in her eyes begging to fall. How could Raven be so cruel to say their daughter was nothing more than just a distraction.

"Get out" Anya bluntly stated. "You aren't Raven, she would never hurt our family like this. She would never say those things!" Anya yelled. Her voice was hoarse and she was exhausted from their argument.

"Anya I -" Raven went to grab her wife's hand but Anya took two steps back.

"Leave" Anya growled tears now running down her cheeks in anger.

Raven stood there observing her wife before nodding and grabbing her keys that hung by the door and left out without another word.

Anya dropped to the floor in silent sobs. Clenching her chest. Now she was sure that you could die from a broken heart.

Lexa made it back to her office in record time. Her team had questioned the brother and was now ready to put him as the number one suspect of his brothers murderer. Only thing left to do was for Lexa to break him.

"Listen, I'll tell you what I told those idiots out there, I didn't kill my brother I have no reason to me and him were very close." the man told her and Lexa nodded.

"Of course you didn't. This hand work is impressive so clean that the cops couldn't find out that he was killed in his own home. No uneducated man like yourself could pull this off." Lexa leaned back in her chair smirking.

"I see what you're doing but it's not going to work because I didn't kill him." he plainly stated.

"Funny you should say that because isn't hiring someone to do it, just the same as killing him with your own hands." Lexa slid a file towards the man with pictures of him paying a hitman outside a restaurant. "Oh and I lied the hand work was sorry and so are you" Lexa stood and the man tried reaching over the desk to hit her but Lexa did one quick motion and he was on the floor. "Get him out of here" Lexa called while her knee was digging into his back bone. The police came and took the man away in handcuffs.

"Good work everyone. Drinks are on me tonight" Lexa smiled. Everyone clapped and went back into their perspective offices.

Lexa felt proud of herself and didn't mind treating everyone for it. It was nice to work with a team. When she was President no matter how many people were around she still felt alone like all the burdens were on her but this time it's different this time she is Clarke and Clarke is her but she won't let her wife finish her presidency alone she would help her over come anything.

"She cares about you more than herself madam president. Of course she's worried about you, I'm worried about you. I know this man took your life away five years ago but you have to be smart about this." Clarke and Titus were sitting in the Oval Office in their perspective chairs planning out their next move. "Don't let your heart get in the way it will only end up hurting you." Clarke tilted her head to the side staring at the man in front of her. Something was different about him she couldn't quite place her finger on it but something was definitely different.

"When did you grow so cold Titus?" Clarke saw the change in his posture and facial expression and the room was silent for one whole minute before he spoke.

"I woke up one day and realized I am 64 years old, alone and that I would remain that way until the end of my days. There's nothing left for me to be happy about and I've accepted it." Titus gave Clarke a sad smile and stood up. "Keep Lexa as long as you can don't ever let her go. Well I'll be on my way I'll call to let you know the next course of action we'll be taking" Titus stuck out his hand for Clarke to shake "Always a pleasure." and he exited the room.

It broke Clarke's heart to know that Titus felt this way no more warm smiles and tight hugs just formality something she hadn't been familiar with anymore. Maybe she went too far maybe she pushed him away far enough to freeze his heart because she forgot that he was family and maybe that's what hurt the most.

Not even a second later Raven burst through the doors of the Oval Office. Clarke turned around in her chair to face the sad latina. It wasn't surprising to see her like that ever since her and Anya took some time apart that's all Clarke ever sees nowadays. "Raven?" Clarke sits up in her chair observing her best friend carefully.

Raven nearly collapsed on one of the oval sofas and Clarke stood up quickly
coming around her desk to Raven who desperately needed her at this time. "Raven what's wrong? Talk to me." Clarke begged getting her friend into a more stable position.

"I asked Anya for a divorce." Raven said through a long sob.

"Oh honey, why? Why would you do that, you love her." Clarke wiped her friend tears and cooed her in her arms.

"We were...arguing and I just thought about how much easier it would be in my heart if she wasn't in it. This wasn't the worst thing anyone has ever done to me so she lied to protect my feelings but she knows me and she knows I can handle myself." Raven defended and all Clarke could do was smile because Raven was being her always saying that she can handle herself but knowing she crumbling inside this is why Lexa protects her because she loves her and nothing stronger than love.

"Little bird" Clarke smiles watching Raven lift her head up eyes reaching Clarke's . "You have to fix this on your own. Give yourself some time to think and then go back to her okay?" Clarke rubs her friends back. "Go home and get some rest. Who's watching Alex?"

"I left her with Anya I didn't want her to see me like this again." Raven sniffled and stood up. Clarke guided her to the door.

"I'll call you a little later to check on you okay?" Raven nodded and left out of the room. Clarke let out a breath and shook her head. She needed to get her family back together they were the only thing she had.

Clarke buzzes her secretary in the room. The woman comes in seconds later. "Yes madam president?" She bows her head before looking at Clarke who was now standing at the window.

"I'm going out please let Gustus and Nyko to get the car ready and also cancel the rest of my meetings for today please. Thank you that will be all." Clarke dismisses her."Yes ma'am" She bows and leaves the room.

Clarke's challenge for today was getting her family back together.
