My eyes open wide. Damn it. I should've known it was just a dream, it was to good to be true.

I sigh as I walk into school. I spot my two best friends standing near my locker and I immediately walk over to them.
"Hey guys." I greet them with a small smile.
"Hey girl." Vic and Lamar say in complete unison.
I laugh and open my locker and get out the books I need for today. Science, Math, English ... ugh I hate school so much. Suddenly Vic starts pulling on my arm.
"What?" I ask her confused, before turning around and looking at what she wanted me to see.
"They're here." Vic murmured under her breath and smiled at me.
The whole school seems to go quiet as the popular group of boys walk through the corridor. The group consists of three boys, Isaac, Trevor and Myles. My crush, Myles. All of the girls are in love with him. They're hot and smart, I mean whats not to like? The boys walked straight past us without giving us any notice. The moment they leave everyone starts talking again.
"Myles looked at you." Vic says excitedly.
I watched his every move and there is no way that Myles Erlick looked at me. That would be too lucky.
"She's lying. He didn't look at you." Lamar straight up tells me.
Vic smacks his arm and glares in his direction. Lamar hits her back and Vic just rolls her eyes at him and looks back at me.
"Thanks Lamar." I say sarcastically.
"No problem Bri." Lamar says back.
"He'll notice you once you confess your undying love for him." Vic tells me.
"I'd rather stay crushing on him in secret, actually." I explain again.
I can't tell Myles how I feel. My biggest fear is rejection. If Myles rejected me I don't know what I'd do. Which is why I can't tell Myles how I feel about him ... yet.
