Myles POV
I drive my family around to Briar's new home the next day, for dinner. I haven't seen Briar since yesterday when she moved out. I know its only been a day, but it seems like a whole lot longer than that. I miss living with her.
We get out of the car as I pull into their driveway, and walk up to the door and knock gently. Briar rushes to answer it straight away, pulling the door open and jumping right into my arms and kiss me. I notice Alan come outside and greeting my parents, I can hear Kingsley gag and my mother giggling quietly, but all I see is Briar. She's all that matters right now.
"I've missed you so much." I whisper in her ear.
"I've missed you too." She says, pouting slightly. "I love you so much. I don't know if I can handle living so far apart."
"Me neither." I say. "Even though we only live a couple of neighbourhoods away from each other.
"True." She sighs. "Come inside, I'll show you around."
She pulls me inside and she gives me a full tour of the house. Starting with the entryway and the living, dining and kitchen area, then up the stairs into her room. I love her new house, its cosy. It suits her.
"So what d 'you think?" She asks me as the tour comes to an end.
"I love it B." I say with a smile. "I love you."
We start making out at that point but we're quickly interrupted by Kingsley gagging at us once again. We pull away and start laughing.
"King, if you don't wanna see this then why come up here?" I ask in a 'duh' tone.
"Dinner's ready, that why I came up here." He rolls his eyes and leaves the room.
We follow him downstairs and eat our dinner. Its good to be eating together again, all six of us.
