Briar POV
"You cheated on Dylan Ratzlaff with me." I say, shocked. "You do know me and her are enemies, right?"
"Yeah, I know." He says. "I'm so sorry, Bri."
"Its Briar, to you." I snap. "Let me out of the car."
"Bri, I mean Briar, please just hear me out." He begs.
"No, I don't want to be anywhere near you." I snap once again. "I'll think about talking to you later."
He pulls the car over and I start walking to school. Disgust, hurt, betrayal. Those are the only feelings I feel at the moment. Myles isn't the kindest man I've ever met but never did I think he would cheat on a woman. But I was wrong.
I get to school on time and go straight to my locker. Vic, Lamar and two girls I have never seen before are standing there. They must be the new students. I walk over to them.
"Hey, b." Vic greets me. "This is Brittany and Alex."
"Hi, I'm Briar." I introduce myself.
At that very moment, Myles and his friends walk in. As usual everyone and everything goes silent. But for once, Myles is looking my way.
"Bri, Myles is staring at you." Vic squeals in my ear.
"Humph." I sigh. "That's because we ... "
"You what?" She asks, eagerly.
"Because he cheated on his girlfriend, Dylan, with me." I whisper making sure no one hears me. "And I didn't find out until this morning."
"Oh my Bryles." Vic's jaw drops.
