Vic's POV

I sighed as I looked at my fiance. In twenty four hours we were finally going to be married and I couldn't wait for Alan to finally be Alan Fuentes.

"That's a heavy sigh," he murmured, his hand on my waist as he held me close.

"We're getting married and you're about to get taken away from me because apparently I can't see the bride before his wedding day," I grumbled.

"I'm not a bride, I'm a groom," He said smiling at me.

"You're my bride."

"Whatever."

"Don't whatever me," I said, pinching his thigh.

"I do have to get going soon though."

"Not yet!" I whined, holding him close.

"I said soon! I'm still yours for like another hour or so, but no sex."

"Fine," I mumbled and gave him a kiss. "Are you excited to be married to me?"

"So excited, like I can't believe it's really happening."

"I can't wait for you to be a Fuentes."

"I can't wait either."

"Was your dad and Wendy able to fly out here?" I asked.

"Yeah, my dad should be arriving tonight and I think Wendy got here yesterday."

"Okay, awesome. My siblings and Alice and my parents all made it as well. Are you staying with Wendy until tomorrow?" I asked him.

"No, I'm gonna stay with my dad. I haven't seen him in ages."

"That'll be nice," I hummed. "I gotta sleep alone"

"I do too."

"I haven't slept alone in over a year, I'm going to miss you," I said. "Why do we have to be separated until the wedding?"

"It's for one night Vince."

"I know but I'll miss you," I said and sat up. "Have I told you my idea?"

"What idea?"

"I want to open a homeless shelter here in New York," I told him.

"Really?"

I nodded. "I feel like that outreach was my purpose, Ash, I want to keep doing something to help others even if I'm not a pastor anymore. There's still so much that could be done, I want to do my part you know?"

He smiled, "Then do it."

"I think I'm going to, I just need to figure everything out."

"I support you a hundred percent and I can't wait to see what you end up doing."

"I can't wait to see how it turns out," Vic said, smiling at me.

"Me too."

"I love you," I told him, giving him a kiss. "And I would never have thought about doing it if it weren't for you."

"Why me?"

"Because you were and always have been the only person who has ever supported everything I've done."

"It's what I do," He said before he kissed me.

"It's why I love you so much."

"I love you too."

I smiled and just held him close.

"Oh I wanna have sex, but I think I wanna wait till marriage," Alan said with a sigh.
