chapter 11

Hannah's POV

I woke up the morning after hanging out and watching videos with Tyler, to my phone ringing. I ignored it for a second, assuming it was just a text message. But it kept making noise so then I knew it was a phone call. Who would be calling me this early?! 

Incoming call from Jishwa Dunbo 

I slid my finger across the screen to answer, "Hey Josh!" 

"Hey Ruby! What are you doing?" He paused, "Sorry I called so early." He chuckled at himself. 

"It's okay, I have no plans today I don't think..." I trailed off, thinking about it. I can never remember if I have made plans or not. I'll figure it out eventully.

"Well, I want coffee like right now. I'll pick you up in 15 minutes!" He exclaimed quickly before hanging up. I laughed to myself and removed my phone from my ear. I pulled up my twitter to tweet the usual AM update.

"@rubyroyalty: I love that @joshuadun just assumes I want to hangout with him. What if I said no, sir?!" 

I laughed at myself and liked a few replies I got from the Clique before getting up to start getting ready. My phone chirped and I knew that meant I got a text, so I checked while I brushed my hair. It was from Tyler. 

So you're gonna hangout with Josh and not me? I see how it is!!! 

I laughed and set my brush down, satisfied with how my natural hair was looking today. I decided to throw on some light wash jeans and a white tank top. It was good enough. Also, no makeup today. Thank god. I unlocked my phone and replied to Tyler. 

Oh hey hey Ty, we can hangout later. I'm glad you're up though

He replied back IMMEDIATELY, as usual. I smiled to myself before reading. 

can we really? im free all day. im excited now. and whys that??

I thought for a second before replying. 

yes! around 3, come over. and now since you're up, you can tell me if my outfit is cute! 

I waited a brief moment before the 3 dots popped up, meaning he was typing back to me. I chuckled and his text popped up. 

ill be there at 250 and ill bring lunch. panera sounds good. and YES SHOW ME NOW I CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU ITS BEEN TOO LONG

I laughed out loud because it probably hasn't even been 12 hours since he saw me last night. I knelt down in front of my mirror and snapped a picture before I heard Josh pulled into the driveway. I grabbed my sunglasses and purse before running downstairs and outside to his car. 

"JOSH! HEY!" I shouted, getting in. We side hugged the best we could in the car before he started reversing out of the driveway. I glanced at my phone and pressed 'send' on the selfie to Tyler.
