Boss (Joshua)

Last day of work for the year. Can't be late. You've recently been working your a** off for a this year to get a promotion and thankfully you were able to become the manager in one of the branches of the company you were working in.

Owned by the biggest, one of the leading business company in the world.

The Hong's family aren't new to the business world, they have been in this industry for a while now and knows their ways around it.

Yes and here you were, working with the one of the Hong's family successor. Joshua Hong, an only child that belonged to the Hong's family which meant that he takes his job seriously, being the only heir with a lot of competitors in his hands to watch out for. His cousin, Seongwoo Hong (I just had to make this reference, if you know what I mean ;) was also one of the successors handling another big company in the business industry.

You worked so hard to get to this point and you liked it your position at this point because that means you'll be able to show how good your skills are in front of Joshua Hong.

Joshua Hong is a very private and discreet man, he smiles often but is not too open regarding his private life.

You knew that working for a man like him is a big opportunity and you didn't want to waste any second of it. As you were finishing up your reports, Joshua came up to you and said, "I need you to help me with the product design that we're doing with the **** company. It has to be finished tomorrow. I already made some initial ideas."

That means you had to spend a few more hours tonight, you had to stay and get the work done. "I understand."

He nodded and walked back to his office. As night came, you were beginning to feel tired but you pushed yourself. All of the people inside the office has gone home except for you, and of course, your boss; Joshua. His room had the lights on and through the windows you could see him typing the words on his computer.

You stood up and made some coffee in the break room. You decided to make one too for your boss just for the sake of it.

You knocked on his door and when he gave you permission to enter, you placed the coffee on his table. He looked confused but thankful.

"I didn't ask for this," he said. 

"I know, I figured since you were working late all the time, it's okay to take some caffeine for an extra boost," You replied then exited his room.

By the time the clock hits midnight, you were partially done with sketches of some product designs.

"They're good designs, but make sure you consult with the other departments," Joshua said when evaluating your designs. "I will," You answered him.

"Thanks for the coffee, it helped a bit...maybe i'll get some more," He then smiled and walked towards the break room. It was that one type of smile that kept repeating in your head and you didn't like it because it creeped you out just thinking of it.

There's a reason for that. You didn't like that you were getting attracted by your own boss' charms. You had a boyfriend you had been dating for 5 months. How can you start thinking about your own boss?

You shook off the thought. After a few hours you felt the designs were satisfying and wanted to go home.

When you packed up your things, you noticed that the light in Johua's room was off. He soon walked out with his tote bag and car keys.

He looked over at you. "Want a ride?"

You looked at the clock. It was almost turning 2 AM in the morning. The last bus you usually took to get back to your house was hours ago. and you didn't bring any car.
