Chapter Sixteen~ Many Homecomings

Cassandra's P.O.V

"CASSANDRA! HOY! CASSANDRA! WEE-WOO!"

*BOOGSH

Shit! My back! Ahh! I looked angrily to Amanah.

"What the hell, Amanah?! This is the second time I fell!" I angrily shouted.

"Ang tagal mo kayang gumising! Duhh! Oh! Sige na, bangon! Gigisingin ko pa si Maxine!" Sabi niya at umalis. Geez, that woman! Bumangon na ako at nag-stretch. Pagkatapos ay dumiretso na ako sa banyo para maligo.

((AFTER 45 MINUTES))

Tapos na akong maligo at mag-ayos. Lumabas na ako ng kwarto at nakita ko si Maxine na papalabas rin, at naka-busangot ang mukha niya.

"What's with the face?" I asked. She looked at me and pouted. Okay, that kinda cute.

"Amanah! Geez! I fell from my bed because of her horrible voice!" She said loudly.

"Hoy!" Napalingon ako sa kwarto ni Michela na pinagmulan ng boses ni Amanah. "Narinig ko yun! At FYI, maganda ang boses ko!" Patuloy niya.

"At hoy ka rin! Kailan naging maganda ang boses mo? Tunog-baboy!" Sigaw naman ni Amanah.

"Ah, ganun ah!" I rolled my eyes when Amanah get her gun and Maxine also get her.

"Hoy! Kayong dalawa ang aga-aga pero nagpapatayan na kayo! Bitawan niya ng yang baril o ipapakain ko yan sa inyo." Napangito naman ako sa isinigaw ni Michaela.

"Psh."

"Tch!"

Umalis na ang dalawa at kahit sa hagdan ay nagbabangayan parin sa sila at nagtutulakan. Aish!

"Good morning!" I greeted Michaela and she just smile. I get down and straight to the dining room I go.

Unlike in our hideout, Michaela and I are always the cook but now the maids will be the one. When I look at the table, the food are already served. I sat down and started to eat. Michaela and Binj are also in here. Hindi na rin nagbabangayan ang dalawa. Well, that's peaceful! All I can heard is the clanging of our utensils.

Then suddenly...

"Excuse me ma lady, but I saw this in the windows of lady Maxine's room." My forehead knotted. What the hell? It's an arrow with a paper.

"Okay, you may go." I said and I just nodded when she bowed at me. I get the paper and unfold it. It's a short letter.

We'll be back to get your hearts. . . Again.

I freeze. Only one person popped out in my mind. Then I looked at Maxine and Binj and give them the letter. I waited to see their reaction and it was same as mine. I gulped.

"Okay? Pwede niyo bang i-share? OP kami eh!" Sabi ni Amanah at hinablot ang papel kay Maxine. Hindi ko na siya pinansin. No. He can't be back! He can't be.

"Cassandra? Are you okay?" Napabalik ako sa huwisyo ng tanungin ako ni Michaela. I just nodded.

After a few minutes, we get our cars and drove to the university. And now, we are walking at the corridor. That letter. His handwritings. I still remember it. Damn him!

Maxine's P.O.V

Tyrone. . . No! Maxine, he already left you right? Don't let him break your heart thrice. No!

"Maxine? Hey! Are you okay?" Napatingin ako kay. . .

"Bridge? Oh sorry, may tinatanong ka?" I asked shyly. He smiled.

"I was asking if you're okay?" He said and smile again. Darn it! Tell me, why is he so handsome? Tell me?

"Ows? Yeah, i'm fine. Thank you." I said and smile also.

"Okay, take a seat now. Your friends are already sitting there and you're just standing here." He said and I immediatly go to my seat near Amanah.

"Hoy! Bakit  niyo ako iniwan doon?" Tanong ko habang naka-pout.

"Ayaw naming makisama sa katangahan mo oi!" Amanah answered. Hindi ko na lang siya pinansin. Psh. Sarap sapakin.

Bridge's P.O.V

There's something wrong with the three members of Death Queens today. They looked so problematic. We're on the cafeteria since it's lunchtime. And I keep looking at Maxine.

"Bro, hindi yan mawawala!" Pang-iinis ni Cross.

"Shut up." I said and throw a banana chip at him. Tumawa lang siya.

"Everyone! Listen up. The president of RHA is coming home tomorrowwith his son and we will meet his daughter also. And as by that, the student counsil wanted a grand welcome for him. So, today you don't have classes because we will decorate the school gymnasium. Thank you."

Psh. Not a big deal. Tumingin ako sa DQ (Death Queens) at para silang gulat na gulat especially Cassandra. What's happening? Nagulat na lang kami ng. . .

"WHAT?!" sigaw ni Cassandra habang may katawag sa phone.

Cassandra's P.O.V

"May kuya ka?"

"Uuwi na ang papa mo?"

"I don't know either. What's their sudden reason for coming home?" I even asked my self. My father and my brother? Total disaster.

((PHONE RINGING))

Kinuha ko ang phone ko.

Father J is calling. . .

Speaking of my father. I answer my phone.

"Hello father? I received the announcement." I said gritting my teeth.

("Oh? Really San-San?")

"Oh, really father. What's your sudden reason for coming home?" I asked.

("I missed my unica ija. Plus, your Kuya Cydrone wanted to see you.")

"Fine. When will you come home?"

("We're already in the mansion, sweetheart?") Nanlake ang mata ko.

"WHAT?!" I shouted.

("Goodbye, san-san. Saranghae!")

"But father?!----"

*TOOT-TOOT

I closed my eyes tightly. So, who's the next to come home? Argh!

Many homecomings. More headaches.
