LOVE ME LIKE YOU DO

Chapter one

I couldn't believe that I had been living in Arizona with my mom, my cousin Michael and my daughter Willow for a whole year now. It's been amazing. I got a new job, I got my license, and I even have my own apartment. But I missed my bf Matt more then anything. No he wasn't Willows real father. Her father left me when she was six months old and wanted nothing to do with her. Long story short I found out he cheated he left me and her and I've been doing great for the past four years without him. My mom helps me on and off with my daughter making sure if I need anything for her that I can't afford or get and babysits her for me. I have such an amazing mom. I'm so grateful for her.
But back to me and Matt. We've been dating for almost two years now. I moved here to Phoenix Arizona a year ago after my father passed away from liver cancer. It was too hard for my mom and I to live at our old house. And when my dad died my sister moved in with all her kids and the house was always dirty, but that kind of thing happens you know when you live in a big five bedroom three and half bath house with one big family. It's always going to be messy and dirty no matter how many times we cleaned it every day. My mom just couldn't enjoy it after my dad died though. She was miserable and depressed and I hated seeing my mom like that. So my Aunt Meg told us we should move here to Arizona so we did. My moms new husband Chris and my cousin Michael are sharing an apartment next to me and Willow. My cousin will be moving out soon with his new girlfriend Kelly and my mom and her husband will either stay here or move to a new place.
I'm glad my mother remarried. She deserves to be happy. Chris treats her good and is loving and very caring. He makes sure she is taken care of and looked after and my mom does the same for him. She is happy. Even though I know she misses my dad she had to move on with her life and I'm so glad she did. She's never been happier.
Anyways so it's been a year since I've seen Matt. That's a long time to be away from someone that you love. He's ten years older then me but I don't care. Age is just a number. And he's smart and cute and sweet and kind and me and him video chat almost every day and night and talk on the phone too. So I'm always in contact with him. But it's not the same as him being here and being in his arms you know? He absolutely loves my daughter by the way. Loves her like his very own. He will make a great father someday.
Anyways I'm planning a trip to see Matt right now. Me and Willow are going to take a plane there and I'm going to be there for a month. I can't wait it's going to be amazing to be able to see him. And my family and friends there in PA also. And my sister Megan and my nieces and nephew. God I've missed them all so much.
Anyways I'm sitting here on the computer waiting for Michael to get here to help me buy my plane tickets and my phone goes off.
"Hello"I say.
"Hey sis"said my sister Megan on the other line.
I smiled. "Hey sis what's up"I said
"Just wondering if you bought your plane tickets yet to come here to PA"said Megan. Boy sometimes she was so impatient. So that's where Willow gets it from i thought.
"no not yet waiting for Michael to get here to help me buy them"I tell her as I took a sip of my morning pumpkin spice coffee from Starbucks. Did I mention I love Starbucks? Yeah I do. Best coffee shop ever. I always go there every morning right after I get willow on the bus to go to school. I love me some Starbucks.
"So what are you up to?" I asked her.
"Just spending time with Clayton. Have to pick up your nieces and nephew soon from the sitters"said Megan.
"That's cool. I can't wait to see you guys"I said.
"Me either Becky. I miss you sis"said Megan
"I miss you too Megs"I said.
A knock is heard on my front door. I walked over to the door and peaked through the look whole. It was Michael. I unlock the door and he comes in.
"Hey Beckster"Said Michael
"Hey Mike. The site to buy the plane tickets is already on my computer"I said to my older cousin as he sat down at my kitchen table.
"Alrighty"said Michael.
"Ooh is that Michael put me on speaker so I can say hi"said Megan. I rolled my eyes and pressed the speaker button on my IPhone X 20.
"Hi Michael!" Megan somewhat shouted to my cousin.
"Hey Smegs. How's it going?" Michael Said back.
"Good"said Megan. "Thanks for sending me and Clayton tickets to see my favorite Christian band for our anniversary"
"Hey your welcome. Glad you guys had a good time" said Michael.
"Yeah we had the best time. I even got an autograph from the lead singer"said Megan happily.
"Cool cool" said Michael. He pressed a few buttons and I handed him my credit card. He paid for mine and willows plane tickets. Then he handed me my card back. "There you go Beck all done. I'll print out the information, plane ticket receipts and maps of the airports that your going to need"
"Thanks Mike. I owe you" I said grateful,for having him here to help me.
"No prob cuz no prob"said Michel. He stood up and went over to my printer that was on the stand nearby. He grabbed the papers he printed and then handed them to me. "I've got to get going cuz I have a date with Kelly"
"Oh cool. Have fun and thanks again"I said with a smile and gave Michael a hug. He hugged me back.
"And I'll pick you and willow up and take you guys to the airport on July 28th at 5 in the morning" said Michael.
"Okay here that Megan.July 28th. I'll be there by the afternoon"I told her.
"Yay. Okay I'll let Clayton know. He just got back in from going to the store I'll tell him. Talk to you later sis"said Megan.
"Okay later. Bye love you"I said
"Bye Becky"Said Megan. And we hung up the phone. Michael waved goodbye to me and he headed out the door. I closed and locked the door behind him and glanced at my clock. A few more hours to go and Willow should be back from a birthday party with her friend Billy and his mom Jamie. I decided to do some house cleaning and laundry in the meantime. My tickets were bought time to call my man soon and let him know when I was coming. I couldn't wait to see him.
