Chapter 9

Me and Matt had went back to the hotel room after awhile from watching the fireworks and the falls. We, of course as newly engaged couples do, made love again and then watched a movie in bed before falling asleep in each other's arms. It was about 10 o clock the next morning when We woke up. Matt placed a kiss on my naked shoulder.
"Becky time to wake up love" Matt whispered in my ear.
"No five more minutes" I Said in my sleep. Matt chuckled and kissed my cheek. Then I felt him roll out of bed as I snuggled more in the nice warm blankets. I heard him walk into the bathroom and close the door behind him. While he was in the bathroom I woke up and sat up in the bed. I grabbed my phone that was on the nightstand near us and checked to see if I had any messages or calls. I had one missed call from my mom. I dialed her number and she answered on the second ring.
"Hello" said my mom patty on the other line
"Good morning mommy" I Said
"Beckys it's 7am here" said patty
"Oh sorry mom. Me and Matt at just getting up and around for the day I saw that I had a missed call from you last night" I said
"Yeah you didn't answer my call last night I assumed you were busy" said Patty
"I was" i said blushing at the thought of last and smiling to myself. I looked down at my hand and saw that I was still wearing my engagement ring. I didnt even take it off last night. "Then again I was pretty busy with Matt that I forgot to take it off."
"Take what off?" Asked Patty
"Oops did I say that out loud" I said and blushed harder.
"Yes you did. Now take what off?" Said patty
"Oh my new engagement ring! Yes mom you heard it here first your little girl is finally engaged to be married!"I Said happily not being able to contain my excitement
I heard my mom scream with delight on the other line. "Chris Chris wake up! Becky is engaged to be married!!" I could hear her yelling to my step father. I heard him mumble something.
"Becky we are so happy for you well I am Chris is too tired to get up" said Patty
"Thank you mommy. I'm happy too. It happened last night when me and Matt went out to dinner here at the restaurant that's here in the hotel" I told her. Then I started to explain how we got to Niagara Falls and the ride here and told her how he proposed. Mom was crying by the time I was done explaining everything.
"Mom why are you crying?" I asked her
"Because I'm just so happy for you and Matt. Now you can come back home and decide where you guys are going to live and raise willow and you can finally have a life of your own" said Patty
"Awe mom I know. I've been waiting for this for so long but I have a big decision to make. And that's deciding where we are going to live after Matt and I are married" I said
"I know" said Patty. "But you and Matt will figure it out together. I'm just so happy for you! I have to call you aunt"
"Okay but don't call Megan or aunt Sharon or any one else that's mine and Matt's job" I said.
"Okay" said Patty. "What are you and Matt going to do today?"
"Oh I don't know there's so much here that I want to do. Hopefully we have time to do most of it" I Said.
"Yeah well you better hurry and get around. Have a good time and call me later" said Patty
"Okay mommy I'll call you later. I love you" I said
"I love you too bye"
"Bye" I Said and I hung up with my mom. Matt came out of the bathroom just as I hung up with my mom. He climbed back in bed and kissed me on the lips. I kissed him back happily.
"Was that mom?" He asked me. And I nodded.
"Yes and she's the first person to know that we are engaged" I said.
"Do you want to tell your sister next?" Matt Asked
"Yes!" I Said. I couldn't dial Megan's number fast enough. Megan answered on the first ring
"Good morning lovebirds" said Megan
"Morning to you too sis. Hang on I'm going to put you on speaker"I said
"Okaie doke" Said Megan
I pressed the speaker button.
"Hi Megan" Said Matt
"Hi Matt" Said Megan
"So Megan are you and Clayton sitting down with the kids" I said
"Yes we are all eating breakfast. Pretty soon we are going to pick up willow and take her with us to Chuckie cheese" said Megan
"Cool well me and Matt have an announcement to make to you guys" I said
"Okay what's that?" Said Megan
"Let's say it together Beck" whispered Matt to me. I nodded and smiled at him then we both leaned down over the phone.
"We are engaged to be married!!"
There was a loud shriek of excitement coming from my sister and then clapping and congratulations from my sister, my brother in law and Cayden.
"Congrats congrats congrats! I'm so happy for you!!" Said Megan
"Thanks sis"
"Thank you" said Matt
"when's the wedding?" Joked Clayton
Me and Matt looked at each other and shrug our shoulders.
"We will figure that part out when it gets here" said Matt
"Exactly. I'm not in no rush for that. I'm just so happy to be engaged to be married to the man that I love"I Said. Matt smiled and we kissed on the lips.
They heard the smack of our lips from our kiss. "Ewe" I heard my nephew say
"Go get a room you two" said Clayton
Matt laughed. "We are already in our room" Said Matt.
"Yeah both still naked too haha" I Said and Matt slapped my ass.
"Ewe okay I heard that slap. Not over the phone guys" said Megan
"Sorry megs I couldn't resist slapping your sisters ass. It was sticking up and was begging for a spanking" said Matt with a mischievous grin.
I blushed. "Matt my sister and my brother and my nephew didn't need to know that" I said
"True sorry guys" Matt Said
"It's okay. So what are you guys doing today?" Said Megan. I took Megan off the speaker phone.
"Don't know but I'm sure Matt will find us plenty to do" I Said
"Oh you can guarantee that love. First let's order some breakfast because I'm starving" Said Matt to me and he grabbed the hotel phone that we had on the wall beside him. He dialed the cafeteria number .
"Okay. We are going to need to build up our energy from the fun we had last night"I replied back to him
"Becky" Said Megan
"Sorry sis. Anyways have fun with willow at Chuckie cheese. Take pics" I said
"I will talk to you later sis. And congratulations"said Megan
"Thank you megs I love you talk to you later" I said
"Love you too. Bye" said Megan
"Bye" I Said. I pressed the end button just as Matt had finished ordering our breakfast from the cafeteria. He put the phone back on the wall and then laid down in bed. I could still see he had his morning wood and I smiled. He noticed that I was looking and smiled. He wrapped his arms around me and lifted me up till I was sitting on top of him.
I straddled him, and we gazed into each other's eyes for a long time. At the same time that Matt tried to get in me, I reached for him. Matt paid the man and then he left. I came back out of the bathroom and Matt was setting up our breakfast on the table that was in front of the couch we sat down and ate our meal in silence stealing smiles at each other every few minutes.
After we were done eating Matt and I went into the bathroom and took a hot steamy shower together cleaning each other's bodies and enjoying the feeling of the hot water on our naked skins. Then we got dressed and ready for the day ahead. We had so much to do and so many places to see and so little time. But I knew no matter what me and Matt did today I was more then happy just to be there with him.
