LOVE ME LIKE YOU DO

Chapter 5

The next day Matt picked me and willow up from Sarah's. We decided to go and spend some time with my cousin Angelica and her bf Tyler and their cat Zoey. Then later my aunt Sharon was coming over with my grandmother and we were all going to go out to dinner. Megan and Clayton couldn't join us because of the kids and they were spending the day in NY anyways.
On the way there though me and Matt talked. He asked me about my job and the weather in Arizona and about other jobs that he been researching on the internet that was near me.
"Boy hon" I said after I took a drink of my water from my water bottle  that I brought with us. "You sure are asking me a lot of questions about Arizona." I stated.
"Yeah I know but I'm just curious" said Matt. "You know I've never been there I have no idea what it's like. But you have so I'm asking you."
"I know. But it almost seems to me like your trying to say something through your questions" I said
"Say What?" pondered Matt.
"Well, I might as well ask it then tell it but are you thinking about moving to Arizona?" I asked him after a few minutes went by.
He sat there in silence looking at the road as he drove. I gave him a few minutes before he finally spoke.
"Ive been thinking about it" he answered. A look of hope came across my face. He was thinking about moving to Arizona? For real? After all this time not dropping me any hints but this time he is actually saying that he is interested in living there. And if he's thinking about it that's better then nothing at all. Maybe he will ask me to marry him after he's moved to Arizona and he sees if he likes it or not. I sighed. That made me feel a lot better then what I have been.
"You really been thinking about moving to Arizona?" I asked him with a small hopeful smile.
He nodded smiling and looking at me for a brief moment. He took my hand and kissed it. "Yes I have been. And I also have been thinking that as long as we are together I'll go anywhere with you as long as you are by my side"
"Oh Matt" I said smiling wider. I couldn't believe it. "I feel the same way. If we got married and we decided to live in Arizona I would be happy. And if we decided to live here in PA I would be happy. I don't care as long as I have you with me."
He squeezes my hand and interlocked our fingers. I was so happy now. My phone went off and I answered it. It was a text from my sister.
"Who's texting you?" Asked Matt
"Megan" I replied.
MEGAN: Hey sis you guys get to Angelica's yet
ME: Not yet on our way there
MEGAN: Okay cool so did you and Matt talk
Me: of course and guess what he told me just now
MEGAN: wut?
Me: he's thinking about moving to Arizona
MEGAN: no way that's awesome Becky!! See I told you you had nothing to worry about. He's probably going to ask you to marry him before you know it
ME: Probably but I don't care anymore.
MEGAN: huh?
Me: what I mean is wether he askes me to marry him or not till he moves to Arizona I don't care at least I know that no matter where me and Matt go in life he wants us to be together. He said as long as we are together I will go anywhere with you as long as I was by his side
MEGAN: aweeee that's so sweet. See I hear wedding bells. Dun dun dun dun. Dun dun dun dun. Suppose to be wedding march lol
ME: Lol ok sis well tell Clayton I don't think we have anything to worry about now matt will ask me to marry him when he is ready
MEGAN: exactly I don't know why we were so worried about that yesterday but do you still mean what you said
ME: no I don't after what Matt just Said now no I don't. He's going to ask me when he's ready.
MEGAN: Okay sis you just keep telling yourself that
Me: will do
"Becky we are almost in canton you might want to message you sister and tell her you won't have very good service there" said Matt to me.
"Okay" I said
Me: sorry Megs got to go not going to have very good service in canton. Ttyl love you
MEGAN: Ttyl love you 2
I put my phone in my pocket just as we passed the Welcome to Canton sign. We got to my cousin Angelica's apartment a few minutes later. Matt parked the car and turned it off and I got out of the car and opened Willows door. I got her out of the car.
"who are we here to see now?" Asked Willow.
"Willow! Becky!" Shouted Angelica as she came out her front door of her apartment, she ran over to us and gave Willow a big hug. Then me and Angelica hugged.
"You know these two have been getting a lot of hugs lately but where's mine?" Matt jokes and Tyler walks over and hugs Matt.
"Here's one for ya buddy" said Tyler.
Matt laughs but hugs Tyler back. "Thanks pal" he said. Matt Willow Angelica Tyler and I all went inside Angelica's apartment. Zoey, their cat was laying on the chair when she saw us walk in. She meowed jumped off the chair and walked over to me. She purred as she rubbed herself against my legs.
"Hi Zoey" I greeted her petting her on her head. She purred and meowed. Willow bended down and Zoey let her pet her. Matt and Tyler walked into the kitchen to get drinks for everyone and me Willow and Angelica sat down on the couch in the living room.
"I missed you so much cuz" Said Angelica.
"Awe I missed you too Angelica. So tell me what's been going on" I said to her. She started telling me about what she and Tyler have been up to about Tyler's new job her new part time job and telling me all about their new apartment and how they got it. It was a cute apartment I noticed as I looked around. Small only a one bedroom which is just what her and Tyler needed since my cousin couldn't have children. But that didn't mean she couldn't adopt someday either.
"So what do you think of my apartment Becky?" Angelica Asked
"Oh I love it cuz it's so cute" I Said.
"Thanks. So how is Aunt Pat and her new husband Chris doing?" Angelica Said.
"GooD" I said. "Mom is happy. Chris treats her good and very kind to her and loving and caring just what mom needed.I'm glad she found someone"I said
"Me too. Even though I miss Uncle Chris" Said Angelica. She mentioned my dad and I forced the tears that started to weld in my eyes to go back into hiding.
"I miss him too cuz but it was time for my mom to move on from my dad and be with someone new. Who knows maybe my dad Chris sent this guy Chris to be moms new husband so she wouldn't be lonely anymore" I said to Angelica. Angelica smiles at the thought.
"Yeah maybe he did" Said Angelica. We talked for a couple of hours till Tyler got a call from Aunt Sharon saying that she was on her way with my grandma Judy.
"Aunt Sharon and your grandma are on their way Beck" said Matt as he came into the room and sat down on the couch beside me. willow had moved from the couch and went to sitting on the floor playing on her tablet that she brought with us.
"Okay hon" I said.
"You sister told me yesterday that maybe she might throw you a party on the last Friday before you go back to Arizona" Angelica said
"A party?" I asked
"Yeah she never told you about it?" Said Angelica confused
"Uh no she didn't. Looks like there's something I'm going to have to talk to Megan about it later" I said. I looked at Matt. "Did you know about Megan throwing me a party?"
"I kind of did. Clayton mentioned it yesterday when me and him were talking" said Matt.
"And you didn't bother to say anything to me till now?" I Said.
"I'm sorry babe I forgot"said Matt. I shook my head at him smiled and then kissed him on the cheek.
"It's fine. I'll talk to Megan about it later" I said. An hour later The doorbell rang and Angelica went to answer it. It was my aunt Sharon and my grandma Judy. I got up from the couch and hugged them both. Willow got up off the floor and also hugged her Great Aunt Sharon and her Great Grandma. Then we all got ready to go to dinner. After dinner was over and we all chatted and talked and I spent time with my family Me and willow hugged them all goodbye and then Matt drove us back to Sarah's house. It was already dark out.
"Well that was a fun time. Did you have a good time Beck?" Matt Asked me as he drove me back to Sarah's.
"Yeah it was fun I'm really glad I got to see my cousin and Tyler and my aunt Sharon and my Nana. I miss them all so much" I said
I looked behind me in the back of the car and Willow was already asleep. Her tablet was on the side of her and she had her Minnie Mouse cradling in her arms sleeping on the head of the stuffed mouse as a pillow.
"Willow fell asleep" I said to Matt.
He smiled and looked at Willow through the review mirror.
"Yep guess she was tired. She had a busy day" said Matt.
"Yeah we all did" I said.
We got to Sarah's house and Matt parked his car. "Are you going to come inside to spend the night?"
Matt shook his head. "No not tonight"
"Matt you said you would spend the night with me here and you haven't yet" I said. "Is something wrong?"
"No hon there's nothing wrong and believe me I want to sleep with you and I'm glad your friends already said that it was okay if I wanted to spend the night here with you that I could I've just got to get home. I need a shower and I didn't bring any change of clothes with me" said Matt
I sighed. "Fine okay. I get it"
"Beck please don't be mad at me"
"I'm not mad Matt I'm tired and just really hoped you were going to spend the night here with me but since your not it's okay I understand I'll just see later" I Said
"Are you sure your not mad?"
"I'm sure"
Mark came outside with Sarah he knocked on my window and I rolled it down. "You guys coming in?"
"I can't I got to get home but there is something that I want to talk to Becky privately about if you guys don't mind taking Willow inside for us?" Said Matt
"She should have pjs already picked out on her bed. I did that earlier" I said to Sarah
"Okay I can get her to bed for you Becky" Said Sarah. She opened Willows door and carefully got her out of her booster seat. Mark picked Willow up carefully and slung her over his shoulder. Sarah grabbed Willows bag her Minnie Mouse and her tablet and then they went inside the house. I turned and looked at Matt when they were gone.
"So what did you want to talk about?" I asked him
"I was wondering if you wanted to go with me to Niagara Falls on Friday and stay there for the whole weekend?" Matt Asked me
"Oh Matt I would love to. I've never been to Niagara Falls before. How romantic" I Said
"So you really want to go?" He asked
"Yes!" I exclaimed happily and kissed him hard on the lips. He kissed me back passionately wrapping his arms around me and pulling me closer to him as he did so. I wrapped my arms around him as we began to heavily make-out.  I moved so that I was sitting on his lap on the drivers seat as we kissed. I ran my hands up and down his chest and he ran his hands along my backside and bottom.
"Maybe" kiss "we should" kiss "save this" kiss kiss "for the hotel room" Matt got out between our kisses. I pulled away for a moment and smiled at him as I tried to catch my breath some.
"Were going to spend the night in a hotel this weekend too?" I asked
He nodded and I grinned and kissed him again. "Oh Matt this is wonderful I can't wait for Friday to get here now" I Said with a smile.
He smiled and kissed me on the head cheek and again on my now swollen lips.
"Me either Beck. It's going to be a weekend neither one of us is ever going to forget" said Matt. We kissed again before I finally got out of the car and went to standing outside by Matt's window as he already had it down.
"I wish you didn't have to go but I will see you again" I Said
"That you will love, I love you Becky so so much" Said Matt
"I love you too Matt forever and always" I said with a love sick grin on my face. Matt also had the same grin for me and we kissed again through the window. He started back up his car.
"Oh before I forget babe. On Friday night we are also going out to dinner so dress nice and maybe see if your sister or Sarah or one of your other friends can take you to get your hair and nails done. Here" said Matt. He took out a coupon for a hair and nail salon that was in Elmira NY. "I won't see you tomorrow because I have to take Norm to a appointment and I have to help my dad with his car  I won't see you again till Friday early afternoon when I come to pick you up"
"Okay. Wow I never been treated to go get my hair and nails done in a long time. Never my nails because I usually don't get mine done but my hair" I said
"I know Beck. I just want you to look as beautiful as you do everyday but this time really really beautiful. Get all the help you can" said Matt.
"Wow I can't believe this" I said. I was so shocked and stunned. Here my man was telling me to get all primped and beautified up for him for a weekend at Niagara Falls. This must be a pretty big deal to have me get all dolled up but oh well I'm happy I'll see if Megan wants to go with me to get my hair and nails done I thought happily.
"Well believe it and have fun. I love you Becky" said Matt
"I love you too Matt you are the best boyfriend in the whole world. I'll see you Friday" I said. I kissed him one last time before we waved goodbye and he drove off. I screamed with delight and danced around the yard like a giddy little school girl. Sarah opened her front door hearing my scream and looked at me. She laughed when she saw me da ding around her front yard.
"Uh did he ask you to marry him?" Said Sarah. I stopped dancing and looked at her. I ran up the stairs and hugged her.
"No he didn't but he wants me to take someone with me when I go and get my hair and nails done tomorrow" I Said. I showed her the coupon that he gave me. Sarah screamed too.
"Wow that's really nice of Matt. I wonder why he's doing this?" Said Sarah
"Who cares! You want to go with me? We can see if Megan can go to and oh my friend Bethany you have to meet her and maybe Erin if she's not doing anything. Oh please say you can come" I said to Sarah with pleading eyes.
"Yeah I can come I don't have to work tomorrow. But who's going to watch Willow?" Asked Sarah.
"She can go with us or I can see if my friend Debbie wants to watch her. Debbie was Willows old babysitter before I moved to Arizona" I said
"Oh okay" Said Sarah. We walked inside and I grabbed my phone and called Debbie. She answered after the first ring. I told her what was going on and how I was and she of course asked me if I was coming to see her and then I asked her if she wanted to watch willow and she practically screamed my ear off with a yes.
"Okay okay Deb me and Willow will see you tomorrow morning. And yes you can bring your grandson so willow will have someone to play with. Yes you can take her to the park. I'll see you tomorrow. Okay bye" I said and hung up the phone with her when our conversation was finally over.
"So she defiantly wants to watch Willow?" Said Mark who had been eavesdropping from his seat in the living room. I was in the kitchen when I was talking to Debbie on the phone. I got up from my seat and walked into the living room, and sat down on the couch.
"Yes that was Debbie and yes she deffinetly wants to watch Willow tomorrow" I Said.
"That's great" Said Sarah. "I just got off the phone with your friend Bethany and she said her and Erin will meet us at Walmart around 10 before we go to the Elmira for your hair and nail appointment"
"Okay but I haven't made an appointment yet" I said.
"No worries Erin said she has a friend that works there tomorrow and she can get you in" Said Sarah.
"Yay!" I said happily. I dialed my sister Megan's number next. She answered after the first ring.
"Hey sis" said Megan
"Hey guess what?" I Said
"What?"
"Matt gave me a coupon to get my hair and nails done at a salon in Elmira NY. The salon is by the mall. And he wants me to dress really nice on Friday"
"Why does he want you to do all that?"
"Because he's taking me to Niagara Falls this weekend we are leaving Friday afternoon!!!"
"Wow that's awesome Becky you guys are going to have a great time"
"Do you want to go with me Sarah, Bethany and Erin to get my hair and nails done Nd go shopping tomorrow? It can be an all girls day"
"Sure! That would be fun I'll ask Clayton if he can watch the kids"
"Okay call me back and tell me what he says"
"Ok bye"
"Bye" we hang up.  Five minutes later Megan calls me back.
"All set. Clayton is going to watch the kids" Said Megan
"Awesome and Debbie is going to watch willow for me. She's coming to pick willow up in the morning" I said
"That's great" Megan said "Well we got a busy fun day tomorrow I better get to bed. Clayton said he will drop me off at Walmart in the morning so I can meet you there"
"Good Erin and Bethany are going to meet us there also at around 10"
"Okay I'll call them so I can meet them there at that time too"
"Okay bye sis have a good night see you tomorrow love you"
"See you tomorrow love you too Becky"
Me and Megan hung up our phones. I couldn't wait for tomorrow now. Me and Sarah and mark decided to watch Home Alone. After the movie was over we all went to bed because tomorrow was a busy day.
