"Let's See If The Straightest Is The Greatest"

"Do you people hate me? Or are you convinced I have no social life?" Leon asked as he entered the room. "This is important" Archie told him causing him to scoff. "Important? What do you know about importance? All you know is how to fuck with people's head."

Archie sighed. "Look, I'm sorry about Rosalie. If I could go back and change what happened, I would, but I can't, so we have to move on." Leon rolled his eyes. "Yeah, sure, of course" he replied sarcastically.

"Guys, we're under attack. And by we, I mean our friends, our families. This time it was Moose and Midge, next time it could be you, your girlfriend, your family." Archie looked at Leon. "Rosalie was lucky last time, next time, luck might not be on her side."

Leon sighed. "Enlighten us, tell us the crazy idea you expect us to loyally support you with, despite your lack of knowledge on the word loyalty."

"I want us to start a watch-group. Not to canvas the town, that's not workable. But to focus of Riverdale High, on it's students, it's faculty and staff, it's parents, where we hang out. An extra circle of protection around them."

"You want us to take it to the streets, to kick some ass" Reggie said while pointing a football at the red haired boy. Archie chuckled. "That was my first thought too, Reg, but no. No weapons, no violence. I'm talking about a patrol. An extra set of eyes and ears for the police."

"And what if we run into the Killer?" Dilton questioned. Leon didn't notice him in the room, not until he spoke. He wasn't fond of Dilton, not because the boy did anything wrong, he just found the boy scout leader to be strange.

"Then we call Sheriff Keller. We're not vigilantes. We're watchdogs" Archie explained. "The Watch Dogs" Reggie injected again. "We're not called 'The Watch Dogs', Reg. We're called 'The Red Circle'" Archie told him.

"That's a shitty name" Leon said.

"The name isn't important, Leon. What is important is us holding the line. We're not waiting around for the next attack. From now on, we're protecting our own."

"Woo!" Reggie cheered. The rest of the Bulldogs cheered alongside him.

Archie turned to Leon. "What do you think? Are you in?"

A smirk appeared on Leon's face as he looked at Archie. "I'm thinking how I'm going to enjoy watching this backfire and someone beat the shit out of you. I can't wait for you to get hurt, quite frankly, I'd love to do it myself." Leon stood up, bumping his shoulder in to Archie's as he left the room.

Leon walked through the corridor, scanning the area until he saw Rosalie standing by her locker next to Midge. He approached the two girls, smirking slightly. "Hey Sweetie."

A grin appeared on Leon's face before he burst out laughing. Midge looked at Rosalie confused. "Is he okay?" Rosalie shook her head. "No, he's crazier than a psychopath."

"I'm stealing Rose, you can have her back another time." Leon linked arms with Rosalie, pulling her away from Midge.

"Are you going to share what you find so amusing?" Rosalie asked.

Leon stopped outside of a classroom. "Okay, so you know I call you Sweetie, right?" Rosalie nodded her head. "I kinda figured that out years ago, but continue." "Sweetie sounds like Sweetlie, Sweetlie sounds like a mixture of Sweet Pea and Rosalie. The Sweet from Sweet Pea, the lie from Rosalie" Leon explained.
